Ordered first time and it was great! I wanted more so I ordered today and was cold and disgusting. E.g chicken caesar salad this time chicken was burnt and bitter sauce very sour, probably to much vinegar garlic bread first time was cutted into corners this time No, pizza was so cold.

Visited prezzos for a family birthday meal, we pre ordered our food before we arrived. The staff were very friendly and our food came quickly. Very impressed, the food tasted great and would definitely recommend 👍

Visiting Spalding. Restaurant very noisy especially the music. Food only ok had much better in my local Prezzo ( Bridgwater) Tasted as if my glass of shiraz had been watered down. All in all a very uninspiring experience.

We had people with cheese and garlic intolerances (I know, garlic and cheese issues and going to an Italian) but the staff happily took all of this on board. There was a slight issue with a garlic bread requested without onion but it was quickly returned and replaced with a discount to the final bill. It was all good even with the horde of special requests our large group had.

Came here for lunch with friends, from the moment we entered we was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. Our server was so helpful and definitely made our night enjoyable. The food was lovely, there was a slight mistake with one of the orders, but this was quickly sorted with minimal fuss. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you

Booked a table for 2 for valentines meal with my husband a few weeks in advance. The day before the booking I rang to request if we could have 2 of the desserts on one plate to share and if it would be possible to write ‘happy valentines day’ or anything like that on the plate. The food was not what we expected, the fries were cold and the pasta sauce very watery. After we had finished our main course the waitress asked if we would like a dessert I told her I spoke to someone on the phone the day before and arranged it and she had no clue what I was talking about so I had to explain it all again which kind of ruined the surprise for my husband. I wouldn’t come here again it was a bit of a let down.

Great atmosphere, good assortment of wines and amazing services, thank you to Magda for always being so kind and polite.Wouldn't recommend to a connoisseur of the Italian cuisine, as Prezzo's recipes slightly differ of the original ones, however they are offering some delicious antipasti, salads and burgers.

Arrived a little earlier than booking, wasn’t a problem and greeted with a smile. Booth as requested (seating material could do with being replaced, cracked and very worn)Dawid waited on our table and what a very polite, hard working young man he is, nothing was too much trouble and we were given time between courses as requested (I’m a terribly slow eater). Food was presented on warm plates, yet fries in cold bowls 🤷🏼‍♀️.Would go back again and Dawid is definitely an asset to the restaurant for someone so young with such good standard of service and manners is rarely seen these days, excellent service with a smile 😀 x

Went to Prezzo for the 1st time won't be going back. Waiting nearly 2hrs for meal they bought bill before we had our meal mine was cold. Waited about 1/2 hr for drinks they wasn't all that busy. They were doing more take aways. There was 7 of us. Some people were eating that came in after us. Disgusting
