Springfield's Restaurant in South Holland

The food was surprisingly good for a chain. Clean and staff where very good.

It’s hard to describe why they allow this place to continue as is; if it were an animal it would have been put down long ago.The plethora of bad reviews must pass the management bye; the clearly don’t eat here ever.It’s a virtually captive market, attached to a pay-to-play kids activity area and in probably the busiest shopping centre in south Lincolnshire, I can’t think why anyone would chose to eat or drink here, other than the fact they won’t let you into the kids area with food/drink from elsewhere.While the concept of an American diner is sound and consistently proved in other locations, the sub-par execution here leads to an overall avoidance of the whole attraction as a location to go; for kids play there are far better places and much better coffee to enjoy while your kids play.Come on Springfields, we expect better from you.

This is listed as a 8.5” Bockwurst Frankfurter Topped with caramelised onion, As you can see it’s a hot dog out of a tin with microwaved onions. Never again ! My partner had the chicken burger also not edible we just ate the chips and left 🤢

If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. This place has the most shocking customer service I've ever seen in my life. We arrived today quite late but we saw that they were still serving customers so we entered and waited to be seated. Nobody came so we seated at a random table. Immediately after we sat a young girl came and asked us to move to another table because "she just moped that area". We asked if we could stay where we were and she said fine and she brought us menus. We quickly decided what we wanted so I went to the till to order but she said they don't serve food anymore. How thick can one be to give menus to the customers and not warn them that the kitchen will close in 2 minutes?! She could have just said from the start, we are about to close, we cannot serve you food, please don't sit at table and we would have understood.

Great hidden gem. Very good, clean and safe place. Welcoming atmosphere. Ordered potato skins, nachos and bean burger with sweet potato fries and onion rings. Large portions- so beware when ordering. Enjoy.

The worst meal I have ever had! my daughters meal was undercooked, she had corn on the cob and tasted awful, chips were somehow under cooked as well, the young staff members were lovely, their older manager was constantly having ago at them, she was extremely rude and even the staff members were afraid of her. Wasn’t offered a refund, I wouldn’t eat here again, overpriced and just disgusting food.

Completely over priced.Five quid for Mac n cheese for kids meal. Veg chilli loaded fries dry heat over powering. Manager no where in sight.Feel bad for some of the staff, though many clearly have no idea. Drinks served to the wrong table and then made out it was our fault. At your own peril enter here.

Got a seat quickly and very good customer service, but disappointed with food quality especially due to the high price. Ordered burger and a strawberry milkshake and it came to just under £15. The burger you could do at home and the milkshake was nice but so small for the price. I think for kids it's good as attached to a small AdventureLand, but now not my choice for a food stopping point at Springfield's.

Staff was friendly and polite, but it was the only good thing about it. Southern fried chicken burger was very bland, rustic fries were ok and onion rings were extra oily. I would say we paid much more than the food was worth. I don't think we will be eating there again.

Slow service. Covid 19 restrictions some in place but not great . Having to walk round past a que of people to get to out side eating area . They are two doors near by for staff only it would make sense to use as a exit . Rude staff I would have given a one as food was good worth the 40min wait for two bowls of chips . I was number 41 and they called 46 they had a bigger order than me I questioned it I got a abrupt I don't know
