Subway in South Holland

Everyone is very rude in this place. They hate for you to use any coupon and that’s even if they accept it. Any special that’s going on they don’t participate in it. It’s not that clean. I don’t even know why people support this subway. I will continue to drive to a different location because this one is horrible and dirty. They fixed my online pickup order any kind of way.

The employees at the subway in South Holland always have great customer service.

This is the worst subway to come to, I gave someone a coupon since I wasn’t going to need it and the worker cursed at me. Once you walk in it smells terrible!!! Chairs and tables everywhere and the fan is broken so is the AC, very hot in there and when I asked for chips as a side for my teriyaki chicken sandwich he said no and immediately kicked me out!!

Filthy dirty. I will never eat here again.I don't think they'd wipe the glass down inside or out by the food in about 2 months it's absolutely disgusting

I went to this Subway yesterday for the Wednesday turkey special. I want to keep the business in South Holland & prefer to go to this location because it has a larger parking lot. However, the person who made my sandwich was very rude, he just slapped my sandwich together, and when I asked for a side of peppers he said no before I could even ask the question..& I never have a problem with getting a side of peppers at ANY Subway. I had to continue to ask for more condiments on top as he barely put anything on my sandwich & it seemed like he had a problem even with that. As I was finished paying & preparing to leave the store, something was said under his breath which led me to believe it was something negative. There are not many sandwich shops in south Holland & like I said I would prefer to keep the business in the community, but this experience disappoints me to the point of me now deciding to go to the Lansing location instead. Luckily the sandwich turned out to taste decent (definitely not the best for a basic turkey sandwich).

The customer service isn't friendly at all. The employee is snappy an don't pay attention to.how you want your sandwich. Don't communicate with you.

Go inside. Don’t order online. My sandwich was skimpy. Everything should’ve been made with regular amounts. However, they used ALL of their ingredients lightly. Feel like I just had a bread only sandwich. 😒

I ordered tuna deluxe....12 dollars. Sandwich was thin. Bread was dry and tasted old.. The Subway in Lansing on Torrence is much better.
