Although for a drink when you can get one lack of staff serving. Food hit and miss last meal was cold

Always well cooked food and very good value for money. Drinks are really cheap too, even non alcohol ones. They do take a long time to serve the food, but that is the only down side

Ordered food and drinks with the app. Tough rubbery chicken burger. Had to ask for drinks after the food arrived. Tidy cheap place for a pint wouldn't order food again.

Worst breakfast i have ever had. The bacon was cold eggs were not cooked properly got the smallest potion of beans sent back and still not right will definitely not be going back. And when the chef came out the kitchen he dint look the most hygienic of people also the coffee machine was not working but was not told that till I purchased a hot dink.

Went here for breakfast with my partner as we had both skipped breakfast at home and was very disappointed. It was cold and To be honest not that tasty. I did mention it to a member of staff that it was cold but to be fair it was when I was half way through our meal but we were both very hungry. The gentleman on the next table told us that it is always cold that's why he doesn't eat there

Very slow service during mid afternoon on a Wednesday.Ordered via the app table 6, after 15 minutes had to go to the bar to collect the drinks which were already on a tray on the bar, half an hour passed and the food arrived, luke warm and the beans were cold. The premises didnt appear busy, at the time only noticed 3 staff.

Cannot fault it, we know it is not the Ritz so don't expect that. Great prices and food, eggs Benedict are well worth going. Staff are lovely, Natalie is a friendly face who has been there years. Chelsea in the kitchen is another fantastic staff member (as long as still there as in the kitchen you don't see them often). Cheap and friendly, spot on. Loos always clean

Just a street away from the busy market and shopping centre. You know what to expect, but a little disappointed that not more local ales were available.

My experience of the pub was poor.1. On waiting at the bar to order drinks, a woman (I assume a supervisor or manager) berated the young man behind the bar. Even when he explained the issue, she was rude and disrespectful. This was over cheese on chips. I was disgusted that she acted this way towards staff, but to do so in the middle of lunchtime service and in front of customers, was terrible.2. The food was as expected for the mains, and we all felt pleased with our food. However, the desserts were a different story. The choices on the menu seems to have been cut a lot, and then I found a long hair baked into my pudding 🤢. I was given a full refund without any problem, however I did feel that there should have been a little more of an apology than just "they are baked off site and we order then in, it would have happened there". It just felt like this was one of those things, yet for me and the others at our table, it was a big deal.I will say that the young man who served my drinks (and was scalded like a child) and the lady who brought out our food, were incredibly polite and a credit to the branch.
