Appalling service. Booked a table for 3 including 2 children. Asked how long our food was going to be after waiting 45 minutes and seeing others around us being served food. Was told; 'we're busy'. The waitress obviously didn't bother to check on our order, as I had to ask another waiter to check 5 minutes later. He then sent the manager to tell us, now after 55 minutes, our food order had not been processed due to a till error. What happened to 'table service', surely as waiting staff, you'd notice after 45/50 minutes one of your tables has no food!Although cheap and cheerful, you still expect to get a decent standard of service!

We spent quite a time waiting to be seated. When we seated, service was good and we v felt well looked after. I felt the food was OK, I had the fish finger sandwich which when it arrived seemed to be alot of bread but not a lot of fish. Overall ok.

This place looks really nice as you walk in, nice chairs and tables, looks real cosy, but then comes the problem, and it's going to the bar to get a drink.one guy behind the bar ignoring us all, obese chap with red shirt (Scott), shockingly rude, seems like it's a bit of a family affair in that place.Such a shame as it's a nice place.

Having a diabetic child, can be tricky when eating out. The staff here went above and beyond to help find out the carbs for the meal, and asked if there was anything else they could help with. Food was delicious, hot and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend

My grandson and family are regulars eaters Brewers Fayre, unfortunately at this place in-particular service was very poor with nobody at the front desk. The family of 6 was asked to leave after they seated themselves, rude staff, very unfriendly service. Place was empty with at least 15plus tables ,After travelling with 4 children back from London after explaining he had four children and had to eat Matts reply “good for you “ disgusting, young family’s avoid.Mangers name is Matt.At the very least a liability to the companyAbusing power deprived 4 children of playtime and food after long drive with much looking forward to,Also dark hair lady with scraggly hair looked and sounded drunk when my grandson kindly asked why doesn’t the tables have reserve tabs reply simple that’s how it is here.

Waited at the entrance for a good 5 minutes before the barman (who was stacking glasses) was asked if he was busy and could deal with us.None of the staff are wearing face coverings or exemption lanyards and also applies to the customers, not judging. Not a great start.Drink was served quickly which was good.Food starters came out quick and of a good standard. The mains (glad we had a deal) poor, with an over cooked burger, smallest amount of chips and wilting salad.Overall a poor experience but with the deal a cheap meal, without a deal I wouldn’t go again. However thank you to Kira for making us feel more welcome. Kira helped in getting you the extra star as was going to give you 2.

My meal was lovely but ive experienced there that quite a lot of food is sent back to the kitchen due to issue with it.Also it's gone to table service which was incredibly slow and it the food take ages to come out. Especially going from starters to main courses.Added photos of a dry burger that wasn't eaten as you can see from its appearance. But we did get it removed from the bill.

Brilliant service and meals. Great value too.Booked a table as visiting from out of area. Staff very polite and helpful. Chose the turkey dinner and seasonal sundaes. Both had generous portions and both very tasty. With a couple of soft drinks this two course meal for two was £28. Great value for an evening meal
