Very dated and untidy surroundings. Toilets disgusting, floor wet not toilet paper. Tables dirty and trays not collected

No complaints about the drinks, they are good, but the cheese and ham sandwich was dry and at more than £4 not recommended.

We went for hot chocolate brought the luxury one, tasted it,it was half cold so sent it back and told them to get it hot.WHY can you not get hot drinks any where,Costa serves up tepid coffee Mc D just the same. The population needs to rise up and demand hot drinks. The establishment was not very clean either.

Like the coffee but the toilets here are disgusting, not cleaned and no toilet paper. So what are the staff using / touching before they handle customer's coffee? Love Café Nero just not this branch.

Lovely friendly coffee shop. All the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful, especially Sian who couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend that you visit very soon.

Love a good cafe nero, if I see one I always head to it. Hubby is vegan and they cater food wise for him so that's fab 😀 😋 Plenty of hand sanitiser available throughout the cafe too, so felt very safe, and for those who wish to sit outside there are plenty of tables available.

Best of the chain cafes. I always recommend independent cafes over chains but if you have to go to a chain cafe, make it this one! Of the chain cafes they have the best coffee, the best staff and the best cakes.There is a young blonde member of staff who I always chat with, she is so lovely and friendly! The eastern-European lady is also just so efficient and good at her job. I never see the staff stressed or complaining, even when it’s super busy. I even told them the wrong order once (totally my fault) and they were so nice and remade it, no extra charge. This kind of service keeps me coming back! Nice one guys 👍
