Candlesticks Hotel & Restaurant in South Kesteven

A very lovely place to stay in a perfect location. Very kind and caring host, very clean, tidy room and a lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Had an overnight stopover, met up with Neilo what a guy, GR8 host, a real gent carried my suitcase up to my room, you don't get that a Premier Inn!!!!Fantastic location, really quaint town intend to return with my friends to have banter with NeiloCannot praise this hotel, food and service enough, and believe me I travel extensively around the UK, and in all the years I have never had had such good service, correction I have but that was on a cruising holiday.My suggestion "People's sail with Captain Neilo and his motley crew you will not be disappointed"

Lovely quaint hotel with friendly owner. Small lcar park for about 6 cars so morning shuffling needed to get cars out if at rear. But owner soon sorts it.

Wow. What an amazing place to stay and eat, the chef Nelio is such a nice guy and a fantastic cook, food was 10/10! If you are in Stamford, look no further.. this is the place you want to stay, you won’t regret it

Fantastic place to stay with cheap, clean and quiet rooms and free continental breakfast. A perfect place to stay when visiting stamford.

Fab. Its a restaurant with rooms. Nelio was charming and can't do enough for you. Bedrooms are basic but clean. You get what u pay for. Great location. Good stay without paying through the roof!

Candlesticks has real atmosphere with its underground candle lit restaurant. The food is excellent value at £28 for 3 courses as is the wine.

Lovely accommodation .. lots of extras including fridge, unlimited tea/coffee etc.. continental breakfast fantastic...or really good full english.. And free parking on private car park. Neilio the host really friendly and very accommodating. Can't fault it...and reasonably priced too!.

Place is a little quirky, menu is Portuguese based I believe. However we all had steak with pepper corn sauce.All silver served, nothing was too much trouble for the host! We asked, he produced!!The food tasted divine.Well done Candlesticks!!!
