chilli Hut in South Kesteven

Went in to order a takeaway, waited 15 minutes for someone to serve me. When called to ask any danger of a bit of service. Someone eventually came and shrugged their shoulders and said this is my business and Can do what I want.They need to learn good manners and how to treat customers properly. Obviously they don’t need my business. Avoid them at all costs. Just look at the reviews and see for yourself.

One hour and 20 for food to arrive and when it did for the second time half was missing and what did arrive looked as if it was thrown into the box with no thought at all , apart from the fact it was also cold dosnt help never again will I use these guys

Never let me down and the food is always nice from here. They recently got the order wrong and without fail sent somebody over with the correct food. Fantastic service, would definitely recommend!

Normally the best takeaway in town but not the best tonight,ordered chicken tikka nan got a wrap without my normal onions,tomatoes, chilli sauce and very dry. My fella ordered chana masalla, tarka dahal and onion bhaji not the quality we are used to. Need to pick up standard before we order again

Fast delivery, usually very good. Food arrived in about 15 mins. Was cold when it was delivered. Called up and explained this. Was spoken too poorly with accusations and excuses and refused to make the situation right at all.

I have given Chilli Hut, North Street, Stamford, many many fantastic reviews praising them on fantastic curries, and service, but today I was let down in a big way! Very disappointed. I fancied a change from a curry and tried a 12 inch munch box that comes with a nan bread and 2 drinks. The nan bread and drinks didn't arrive. When I telephoned to quiery my order he said "We forgot your nan bread what do you want me to do about it? " never mentioned the drinks. I was shocked and ended the call. I have been supportive of chilli hut for some time now and couldn't praise them mire than I have in the past but very upset with them now! Order curry, it seems they don't get that wrong, it's always great, but always order online, and whatever you do, stay away from telephoning them, you may be shocked at your reply!!!!

We use chilli hut all the time, food always gets to us hot and as ordered which is loads better than a lot of other places. Food is good not great but we like it and the portion sizes are more than enough.

Food was delivered by the time stated on just eat fine and the delivery driver was a nice guy . But when it came to dishing up it was disappointing to say the least. The chicken tikka masala had 4 pieces of meat in it but was supposedly enough for two people it was laughable and the amount of rice could have fed a family of four there was so much. The tandoori grill was ok but the beef was so overcooked it was inedible ended up giving it to my dogs as if I'd have eaten it I would still be chewing it till next week. But the pizzas seemed to be ok. The only reason for the 2 stars is for delivery time and the pizzas but I can certainly say we won't be ordering again. So disappointed.
