Domino's Pizza Grantham in South Kesteven

Hot pizzas, can sometimes feel rushed inside and always seems to be 5 or so delivery drivers inside the food area. Cross contamination should be controlled ?

Ordered at 6pm. Checked app which said our food was delivered at just after 6:45. I called the store to check and was told that because they were busy they were running behind the app, which didn't make sense but he said it would be with us soon. So I waited another 15 minutes then rang back at 7:04, the same man told me the driver had delivered to the wrong address and refund would take 5 days. No apology. Terrible service.

Orders 6 pizzas for a work meeting. Arrived 50 mins late and cold!!! Driver only had a mile to deliver. Constantly chased - no apology or refund given. Shocking service

Domino's Pizza is just good food to eat, and I have never had a problem with any food from here.

Great pizza, but my order was cancelled due to lack of drivers. I'm NOT blaming any of the employees as I'm sure they struggle being understaffed, I'm blaming the company. Most likely will not order again cause I don't want to waste half an hour just to find out my order won't be delivered and I have to order somewhere else. They should lunch some sort of promotion once they secure enough drivers to regain customers and their confidence that their order would be completed. Until then i will not use Dominos again.

Very slow delivery!! Called after the tracker had said it had been delivered 20mins prior, to be told it had left 5-10 minutes ago and due to traffic in town deliveries slower than normal. I had just come home from a clear town run as I placed order! 25 minutes later I called back just as the driver pulled up. All very hungry and the cold pizza that was delivered certainly wasn't worth the wait!

Ordered the weekend before Christmas with 2 orders for the same address. Waited over 2 hours for my husbands order to arrive which was then cold and I had still not recieved the order I was waiting for. Another 45 minutes later, mine arrives, again cold. Couldn't get through to the store as the line just rang. When I did get through, they offered me a refund however, we used vouchers (hence the 2 separate orders) and they couldn't return these so we asked for fresh which they agreed. Waited half an hour for my husbands to turn up and then another 15 minutes mine arrived. They sent all orders out with separate drivers so in total we had 4 delivery drivers attend our house! Bit of a shambles in all honesty! When I spoke to them, I was supposed to receive a refund for what I did pay for and I'm still waiting!

Most of the times I pickup mine so can´t complain about the delivery, it was always done on time. But what I can´t get is why sometimes their pizza is great, and sometimes so oily and heavy I feel I could use it instead of WD40. Quality def. not worth of the price... would give 2 stars, but they have great chocolate orange cookies though so, yeah... go for them : )

Sadly can’t put no stars. Every time a different problem! Last time we ordered a pizza without sweet corn and got a sweet corn covered pizza. This time they phoned up after an hours wait to be told we put the wrong house number in, when it’s been automatically saved, ie you put in a contact mobile number the address comes stored address details come up automatically, so one huge lie.Said the driver tried to deliver to no.2 at the top of the road...l asked, they HAD NOT ATTEMPTED delivery to the incorrect address at all.We will not be ordering again, 1hr 20mins of waiting and arrived stone cold 😡😡😡

So my dad went down to place an order. He's 80 and not that great with the internet. The guy in the shop said online order only and told him to go home and place an order! I just rang them to place an order and they said problemwith card machine and then hung up on me. Not impressed by the lack of courtesy in this place.I'll stick to my home made stone baked pizzas which are much better
