Hot and Spice in South Kesteven

First time using this takeaway, due to others raising their price to extortionate levels. Cannot fault the pizza, the topping goes all the to the edge, no bare crust. The topping was 3 times as thick as the crust, will definitely be going back 👍👍👍👍

Price has gone up and food quality and portion size has gone down

I have had quite a few different dishes from Hot and Spice and they have all been great. The curries and very nice.

Odered sat tea time: Lovely tasty food, arrived within time given and hot. Chicken balti was our favourite. Made hot with coriander as an addition. Meat vindaloo was also lovely, just needed a bit of veg to make it more filling. Onion salad could do with chopped coriander in it also. But still nice as was the chutney and mixed pickle. Poppadoms were crispy and dry, no excess oil.Overall, a very tasty meal that was good value for money. We'd def order again. Thank you.

Have ordered curry from here many times and it’s been the best curry I’ve had from anywhere in Bourne. Pizza is not so good but would seriously recommend the curries. Especially the veggie ones. Veggie set menu get value for money.

We have waited for food for over two hours. When we finally have called them to check where it was, the person on the phone told us that it was out for a delivery but would not be with us for the next 20mins so if it’s cold when it arrives to let them know and we will get a discount next time…so we already knew we have waited 2 hours for cold food. The food then arrived delivered by a person in a white car that looked really unpleased about doing so, gave us angry look and clearly didn’t know how to use words such as hi, sorry for being late or thank you…lovely customer service. And to the best surprise, food was missing, including a whole meal for a child. When we have called the place, they were not interested at all. We will not order from this place ever again.

Very poor service..poor attitude by restaurant staff and certainly by the delivery person.2 HR wait for food, had to chase to find out when we may receive, was advised should be no more than 20 minutes, but if cold call back and a discount will be given on the NEXT order!!Will be no NEXT order!!As expected did arrive cold, a child's meal missing and when reported to restaurant they didn't not care in the slightest!AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Honestly a shame I cannot give zero stars. Our order took over 2 hours to come and when it was delivered it waa cold. Resteraunt owner was not interested. The thing that delivered our food in a white BMW was the grumpiest person ever

Placed my order over the phone and disided to collect 8 mls away,no problem with the order and no problem with the meals ample meat and chicken on the dishes, lovely flavour, and l didn't pay an arm and a leg well done will be back soon!

Food is alright. Curries are great. Fast food can lose quality at times. Food is actually good but the place looks like a dump. Don't be tight, I'm sure you can. NEED A REFURBISHMENT
