KFC in South Kesteven

Wasn't very busy in store but was waiting a while as they seemed to be concentrating on delivery orders more. When I got the mighty bucket for one was quite greasy more then normal dont usually mind as its fried food but was off putting and the chicken that was in there was quite smaller than the last few times

It's a fast food place.. only the 2nd time I've been here since lockdown started 2 years ago.... Personally I've not missed the food,tasted quite bland, felt really greasy , the free drink was nice though.

Had to go iin the shop missing food had family over spent £78. after having a delivery see two managers husband had bone less box find a bone put every one off eating,

Came into Grantham KFC restaurant. To order some food. The staff are completely rude. Only one person was wearing a face mask. The others had them down. And the staff manger didn’t not have the mask on. Plus there was no hair nets for the women. And I looked through the kitchen and there was no PPE worn. On top of it all the food was cold and took ages to get servers

Food was ok ..order at drive through and told to wait in the car park ..waited ages ended up going in This happens on a regular basis (Shut the thing if you can't staff it)..decided next time to park up and go in ...I'm disabled the disabled spaces were taken up by motorcycles and cars belonging to just eat.. Uber eats .. drivers etc ..when I asked them to move came under a tiradeof abuse from these people felt threatened ..contacted customer services and complained..they sent me a fiver

Another disappointing visit at the drive through in Grantham.Ordered the mighty 4 one meal, all handed over in a nice sealed container which i had to wait in a parking bay for it to be cooked ( basically in my opinion, sealed to stop you checking the contents before you leave)! (Served by Adina on the receipt)Got to my destination (work) so I couldn't even go back to collect the missing items, as I had already wasted time waiting for it.Beautifully cooked chicken though but nothing else!!!Come on guys!!!! I've paid for my goods, I expect to receive them!Disgusting service to charge a person and not deliver!!!What does it take to check the order is complete before handing to the customer 🤔, it's hardly difficult is it?As you can probably tell, I don't like paying and receiving only half your order!What are you going to do about it guys???

Tried them too many times everytime our order has been wrong, we know of so many other people this has happened too. Despite liking kfc we won't be giving them anymore tries. The staff can't here what your ordering from drive through how are the ever gonna get it right, saying that even go inside they still gey it wrong.

Gets two stars because the food is fine. Service is very slow even when not busy. No longer value for money as portion sizes seem to be getting smaller. Don't bother going.

Always amazed how you can order the same thing at different KFC's but end up with a very different experience.Unfortunately this one wasn't one of the great ones... the burger was not that hot and quite dry, suspect it had not been freshly made, chips was mixed as we must of got some out of a more recent cooked batch as daughters were nice and others were not as good or as warm. My son loves ketchup and they ran out, so not a win with him either..!The 'eating in' experience was OK. The hand sanitising station had ran out of contents, which is disappointing based on the current climate.
