McDonald's Grantham in South Kesteven

Never really had a good experience at this restaurant but they took it to another level today.

A nice place, parking not great - always seems full of kids

24/7 ? or not ? don't bother visiting this Mcdonalds anywhere near midnight. They kept telling us to drive around as they were changing the menus over on the tills. Kept being another 10 mins and another. JUST PUT A CONE OUT AND CLOSE ! wasted my time. Why cant they keep serving. After ordering food came out cold and late. AVOID !

Great food and great customer service, full of ignorant rude uber drivers, rushing round the car park and filling up the insides. Will think twice before deciding using again!

Normally a very fast and reliable service here. Had a couple of issues regarding accuracy of order but staff quick to help and resolve

We had burgers, it was dry and hard. The chips were just warm and barely salted, the delivery drivers took up the whole space talking crudely. Nor did it help they only had half the menu. Do not plan on returning.

Staff were super friendly which is actually a first for the customer service I usually receive at the drive through! Food was great and very hot. 10/10

Ubers eats drivers taken all seaters in there , most of them there is no orders , they waiting for them in , while speaking foreign languages speaking out load . Definitely is not family place at mc Donald’s Grantham anymore . I’m Shame on uber drivers.

What an horrendous McDonald's to gain access to, queuing into the road, practically impossible to access from the offside of the road. Got in eventually with my family and ordered using the app, immediately I could tell that the staff focus had been directed to the drive through. It a long time for our food to arrive (fast food🤣) The order was then wrong, we ordered the festive chicken meal and they brought beef, we didn't complain however as my wife said to ignore it she would eat what they had brought. Judging by the time taken for the meal to arrive if we had complained she would have been eating alone. Won't be going to this McDonald's again.

Absolutely disgusted with the service, missing half our food and wasn't much help over the phone.But thank you to the uber driver for going back and collecting what was missing off our order, he will be getting 5 star review.Thank you Samuel (drives little red Toyota)
