Awful mushrooms. The bacon was soggy undercooked hashbrowns overpriced for what you get. Will not be going back.

Very disappointing. I got an email inviting me to visit the cafe. I went with a friend. We arrived at just before 12 noon, but it was after when we got a table. I looked at the menu, and from the main menu chose Ham, egg and chips. My friend went to order, and picked out a sandwich, we both had juice. When she got to the till to order, she was told that I couldn't have ham, egg and chips, as it was after breakfast, and they weren't doing chips. My friend asked them to take back the sandwich, we took the juice. A child was throwing a wobbly, as she wanted chips. Lots in the shop!

Went in today 5-8-2019 at 2.30pm. not very busy ordered a chicken and advocardo salad only for a member of staff to come over and say they had no chicken. Was asked if I'd like something else. I chose something different only for it to come out wrong. 3 people on the table next to us ordered fish. Only to be told no fish. Shockingly back for a big brand. Why can't they go and borrow from the supermarket next door. Never know a cafe like it. Won't be back.

Regretfully went here for breakfast at 10am. Getting here and parking was a royal pain. The menus had no information regarding the weekend breakfast menu or the age requirement for the kids meal nor did the self service checkout give any notification. We were told that they would refund the weekend breakfast meal as it was not available and instead refunded all the meals and we had to order everything all over again. It took 30 minutes in the end to receive our breakfast only to have them be of poor quality. The jacket potato which was ordered with no coleslaw or salad had a salad on the plate and the cheese was the cheapest quality I've seen as well as been under cooked. The lighter breakfast was barely any different from the big breakfast and the big breakfast itself had barely half a slice of toast and looked grey, cold and depressing. Will not return here again.

The foods not to bad but the prices are a little higher than you would expect it to be?? The things is when you are out shopping in Morrisons, you would expect to prices should be a little less?? Thing in about myself, the shop is getting to experience to shop there?? But that's what I think, but, you decide???

I have been using this cafe since moving to Grantham 3 years ago. Only recently about 6 months ago, quality of the food has deteriorated, especially when attending later on in the afternoon with my children to benefit from the tea time special kids eat free when purchased adult meal.Staff seems to be overworked and I observed more customers sending food back, and at lunch time period cafe looks empty comparing to what it used to be.Don't like the atmosphere too, constant lack of tea spoons.Toilet, especially the baby change one is filthy and stinking of dirty nappies all the time

This cafe is very nice some good staff however there are some who need to smile a bit and not make it look like it's a punishment to be working here .food is nice ,however if you have a soft drink like coke or fanta etc don't us the big cups as they basically hold near enough the same as the small cups so there for not good for value. I would of rated a five star but because some of the staff seem to act like there job is a punishment I can only give a 4 which to be fair is shame because 90% of the staff are very friendly just 10% that are not .

Half the time you go in and the haven't got what people want to eat in their restaurant. eg Sunday 11:30 went in for a roast beef lunch to be told they only had 6 and they were all gone. Not good.
