Food was great but it was an exceptionally cold evening which made it very cold in the restaurant Will return though

Lovely, friendly pub with an amazing Indian restaurant at the back

First visit, for my cousin he said that the food was really excellent one of the best Indian meals he had ever tasted served by exceptionally friendlyand efficient staff which made me very pleased I had introduced him tomy favourite Indian Restaurant and Shah my favourite waiter for whom norequest is to much trouble. 😁👍

Polite, welcoming, professional. Very tasty food, spices well balanced and fresh. Will be back again. Also do takeaway and cheaper if paying by cash.

Came here to play pool tonight with the team and what a lovely place very welcoming and friendly didn’t know anybody when we arrived and felt like I had known them years by the time we left great bunch of people

This pub is trying to rebuild its customer base after it was ravaged by fire. No food yet. The beer is great. Real ale ,a variety of lagers and their is a pool table and darts board . The locals are friendly and will tell you which ale is best. Give it a go.

Very clean and pleasant pub. Excellent service from a friendly bartender. If I had to complain about something it would be that the musac was a little too loud.

The pub has re-opened under new enthusiastic management. They are having kitchen equipment fitted soon and will be starting with bar food and the restaraunt will open at a later date. There are four real ales on hand pumps at the moment. A separate bar room is planned with pool and sky sports making it a real local but a restaraunt as wellWatch this space, but to get updates ring Sally or Chris on 01529 240732.

Food is very good as is the price. Staff are always friendly and the beer is very good. I would recommend this pub to my friends and family. Freindly atmosphere and good all round.
