Piccola Venezia in South Kesteven

Having taken people to this restaurant as a taxi driver for a number of years, tonight was the first time I have eaten here. The food was unbelievable the freshness and the taste just out of this world. The staff were fantastic very helpful even accommodating the extra 2 in our group. Very friendly and highly recommend this little taste of Italy. Can't wait to return again next month.

At first glance this quaint place can seem a little unassuming from across the street, but upon entering you're met with an inviting atmosphere with continent transporting decor, making you forget where you are once the door is closed behind you.Our time here was a delight, having been our first authentic Italian restaurant, we were unsure how we'd find it but by the end we were more than satisfied.The service was brilliant, having been looked after very well by the magnetic owner and her lovely staff, the food was rich and presented well alongside some very fitting music to complete the experience. We will return.

Went with my partner for Valentine's Night; as before when we've been, the food is just superb and the service better than you'd ever imagine.It's only a small restaurant however, big on atmosphere. As cozy as your front room but without the TV.Couldn't recommend it enough. Just fabulous.

We've been to many restaurants, we know a good one when we see it. The food, the service, the experiance - here they all exceeded expectations. Simply one of the best neighbourhood restaurants I have been to in a very long time.Check out my reviews - its not often I leave a review so glowing, but this restaurant, although not as glitzy as some in my other reviews is one of my favourites in the last 5 years.Food is authentic and tasty, well cooked and reasonably priced.If you are nearby - try it - you won't be disappointed.Bravo!

Fist time visit to Piccola Venezia. Honest it’s a place you could just drive past without giving a second glance, but you must.This place is amazing.Presentation. The restaurant is very well laid out with crapping people in, clean and tidy with fresh table clothes laid on each table, could do with some better table presentations.Staff. Very pleasant and fully understand of need and requirement, can only believe the young lad was a trainee, not best dressed and could do with some in-house training when delivering food and collecting glasses other than that a polite lad.Food. Best Italian I have ever had, the portions look small but are very tasty and filling. The house special was unbelievable and the price was brilliant for the quality of the food.Drinks. Good selection and little expensive but not stupidly priced.All-in-all. Highly recommend and well worth stopping in for a good traditional meal. Thank you team.

Amazing food. Amazing service.Small family run Italian. Superb selection of food and drinks.Highly recommended. We were 2 couples and all had different starters, mains with sides and desserts. Greeted with a complimentary drink as our table wasn't quite ready, started the evening off perfectly. Couldn't fault a thing. The Lemonchello finished the evening off perfectly. The lobster was stunning ♡
