Six Bells Witham in South Kesteven

Celebrating our 57 th wedding anniversary. Our daughter gave us a gift voucher so we decided to do B&B with evening meal. What a treat it was. Our Room ( Black Dog) catered for all our needs to a very high standard.Our meals cooked to perfection and full of flavour I had the Duck and hubby had Roast belly pork. The lemon tart so tasty highly recommended .Breakfast again top class full English .We thank the staff and management for their kindness .We look forward to another visit soon.

Had a wonderful couple of nights away here.Lovely room and very comfortable bed.The staff are absolutely amazing, warm welcoming and fantastic customer service.We would highly recommend if you need a great get away set in a beautiful village.

Brilliant local pub/restaurant with quality bedrooms. Focus is on the restaurant & food excellent, though real ale offering good. Personally my bedroom was too hot. Opened window all night which made the door rattle all night

Visited the six bells at Witham on the Hill for the first time in years after hearing some good things and was very Impressed! Been redecorated nicely at some point & the service was exceptional! Add to that a decent pint & fantastic food! It's well worth a visit, probably worth booking if your looking to eat.

Being spoilt for meals at the moment, as this was another 'must visit again soon'. Superb Sunday lunch beef, lamb and pork were tried by our party and all were to our liking.The three real ales were Woodfordes Wherry, Greene King Abbott and Kings Cliffe 5C. In my opinion a very good selection.Booking is a must!

A great find! Smart service. Fine food, beautifully prepared and presented. Amazing local game for me , and steak for the wife, that in London would cost a fortune. £78 for two! We 'll be back ..hold that table !

We love this place. Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Good quality food and drink. Everything from the fresh baked bread, seasonal dishes to the most amazing deserts and coffee.

I've always liked this pub. Its the best in the area by a million miles but eating there this week for the first time in a year or so (I've been away) it has definitely upped its game on the food front. Don't know if they have but wouldn't be surprised if they've changed chef. Menu has certainly been changed and upgraded with really delicious and well presented food. If you got this in a restaurant in London and paid twice the price you'd still be delighted. Cannot recommend it high enough. Dog friendly too and great friendly staff!

Booked for family at 6 pm. Very prompt service. Friendly welcome. Lovely meals. Between us we had two pizzas, two pheasant, one lamb hotpot, one smoked haddock, all freshly cooked. Not our first visit nor our last!
