Starbucks in South Kesteven

Visited on Sunday 17th July & Bought 4 iced frappe type drinks to take away. Service was quick and efficient and the staff member, who was working on her own, was friendly and relaxed 🙂

Used to be an absolute gem, coming here for the past 4 years almost daily. Unfortunately, the teams have completely changed to some rather awful cover staff from other stores who clearly do not want to be here and provide great customer service. I’d say if you are on a journey then avoid there will be another Starbucks down the road with better service and a leader present.

A nice clean air conditioned Starbucks on a lonely stretch of motorway without many other options. A bit inconvenient when traveling south but well worth it.

On the 9th June we went there. Staff was a bit mask face, no smiling no goodmorning. But what really made me so crossed was when the male cashier there scolded my sister for picking up a list of offers or whatever from the counter. He commanded her to put it back, he was so rude. I do not know if it has something to do with my sister wearing head scarf/hijab. But I spoke up and called him out.

Ok. Staff pleasant but cannot make a decent cup of tea.....never put the milk in with the teabag !!

Not very clean. Dirty tables toilets could have been better.

Couldn't pay as no card only cash. A staff member said no worries and still sorted me out what service. Not sure if It was this one but great service.

Fast, friendly service as always! Cant fault this place at all. The friendliness and professionalism of the team make them an asset to the buisness!

Awesome stop on route to the North, big shout out to Chloe who served us, she was enthusiastic and caring and made us feel very welcome! Would stop again without any hesitation!! Toilets were clean too.

Great service, staff are always very polite and helpful. Incredibly convenient and delicious drinks! Prices are as expected for a Starbucks. Occasional offers on sweet treats I've noticed which is always very tempting! Very convenient when travelling either direction on the A1 and plenty of space in the car park. I've never found it too busy and always easy to get a nice seat inside
