Very nice and friendly cafe, i feel bad for the overworked staff, 1 staff member in the cafe at about 8am. it Don't seem fair. I noticed the same thing in multiple other Starbucks cafes. However they remained friendly and professional throughout my visit.

The last 2 times I have been we have had the most lovely and helpful young man making our coffees. I didn’t catch his name but he had brown hair and was younger! Thank you 😊

Desperate for a pee and drink. Toilet was dirty and no matter how many times I try Starbucks, their coffee is awful and bitter. But it was very quiet there.

Plenty of parking, plenty of seating available. They need to start accepting Amex :-)

Great place to break a journey, normal Starbucks variety. Friendly staff, plenty of comfortable seating.

Awesome stop on route to the North, big shout out to Chloe who served us, she was enthusiastic and caring and made us feel very welcome! Would stop again without any hesitation!! Toilets were clean too.

I work from home alot and this is a good place to come to break up thenday for a bit. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. It's big enough never to feel busy. The men's loos are a bit manky sometimes, hence only 4 stars .

Great service, staff are always very polite and helpful. Incredibly convenient and delicious drinks! Prices are as expected for a Starbucks. Occasional offers on sweet treats I've noticed which is always very tempting! Very convenient when travelling either direction on the A1 and plenty of space in the car park. I've never found it too busy and always easy to get a nice seat inside
