There are lovely waiters and waitresses, I felt very welcome and comfortable. The food was lovely and filling and the price is great. I recommend eating here anytime you can. The atmosphere is nice and the employees are inviting.

Absolutely delicious food and fantastic service, we had the vegan curry and pork belly both dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. With possibly the best chunky chips we ever ate.

Very nice service, and the steak was cooked to perfection, recommend to anybody for food and drinks

Highly recommend the sunday roast. All the food was lovely and fresh and so tasty. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to provide us with a contact free delivery.

Awful experience. We pre-booked this for my brothers 30th birthday meal. They couldn't find our booking when we arrived (despite confirming it via phone the day before). We were the only party eating (which is no problem)- however when we were ordering, we could see the chef make a phone call in the kitchen to her friend, complaining that a party had arrived (us) and she'd be late out...Whilst ordering, we kept being told there was only 1 of most things on the menu. We decided to order starters too, as we weren't having much luck with the mains. Once the order was given the the chef, she stormed out the kitchen to the barmaid who took the order to have a chat, then stormed back into the kitchen slamming the door behind her. The chef then made another phonecall to her friend saying 'the party has ordered starters as well, so she'd be later' !!!By this point we felt unwelcome and really didn't want to stay. We popped our head through the the chef to say not to bother. The bar maids/ waitresses were nice enough but the chef's attitude put us right off.We enjoyed a meal here a few years ago here but since then it appears the kitchen has gone down hill.Safe to say we won't be returning here until there is a new chef who actually wants and enjoys her job.
