The Old Bank Grantham in South Kesteven

Friendly staff, good menu choice, and nice selection of alcoholic and soft drinks. Came as a group and was well looked after by the staff nothing was too much trouble.

Great visit. Staff are so great - lovely and attentive! Food was ordered and served within 10 minutes, and was awesome. Great beer garden and such a welcoming atmosphere!

I have been to The Old Bank a couple of times and it's OK place to get some drinks or have a meal. The food was good for its price, a quite a big choice of meals and options. However my meal was served around 10 mins later than people's who ordered after me. Great choice of beers & drinks, drinks were very nice (2 for 1). The staff was nice and helpful.

Love going in this pub! Food is lovely! Cocktails are beautiful made better by them being 2 for 1 and the new beer garden is the best in town! There is something for everyone here with kids menus, a good selection of soft drinks and alcohol free drinks and live sports being shown! Weekend nights are especially my favourite when the dj is on and the bar staff are enjoying themselves, even joining the customers on the dancefloor! Highly recommend!!!!

Good place for a pub lunch. Offers all of the classics, pies, burgers, Steaks etc. Food arrived quickly and was hot and tasty. Not sure how anyone could finish a triple burger though, I had a double and that was big enough.

Been to this place twice. First time I ordered food which came out cold and under cooked. 2nd time I went in I was served by Leannne who double charged me for my mixers on my spirit mixer and served me a hendricks when I asked for a Gordon's. After asking for a receipt I explained that I had been served the wrong drink and was told by the very aggressive and unfriendly leanne that I she wouldn't change the drink, after being disgusted with the service I received I said I'll just take a refund and leave, they can have the drinks back. Leanne refused to give a refund or exchange the drink, she was very aggressive towards me and when I asked for her managers name she refused to give it me and walked off out of the pub mid conversation. 2nd and last time I ever use this place. Strongly recommend against using this place, the level of service is the worst I've ever seen in any pub around the uk.

Absolutely Great place, Brand new beer garden, delightful, friendly staff, great atmosphere. Perfect place to end a warm day with 30 wings and a mega pint.

Staff especially Leeanne are so friendly and attentive. Felt so welcome and was really pleased to see how clean and thorough she was at service. The atmosphere was lovely, calm and relaxed. Could see all customers wanted to stay here.
