Was ok.Nothing special.Told bar person when ordering drinks that we needed to order a mealShe didnt tell us that if we ordered a meal and the drinks it would be alot cheaper. So we paid £4+ more than we should have.Cant see us going bavk anytime soon.So if you do go there order food and drink together or you will pay more.

Most know a spoons pub! Always great beer, clearly well looked after and the food is cheap and damn quick. It's a prepared meal nuked and brought to the table (over simplified I'm sure), but tasty and good value. Thursday curry club is great, I really enjoyed my vindaloo.

Really nice place. Food is very good. Staff are friendly. Beer is cheap. What more could you ask for?

Lovely old building in the centre of Grantham with the usual 'Spoons value and service.Only downside was it was very busy, so had to wait a little to get a table, and particularly noisy on a Friday evening, but I guess that's to be expected.Service was still efficient...

It's a Wetherspoons so you pretty much know what you're getting when you walk through the door. Cheap beer and cheaper food. Fast, friendly service and although our food order was wrong, the server was only too happy to correct it.

The Value is the main reason for my review. I expected the quality to be very low but it really wasn't. The boneless chicken was as good as any fast food competitor such as McDonald's etc. The chips were chunky cooked great and tasted nice, the curry sauce was very nice, and my pizza was, okay. The food is not high quality, but it's made well, warm and everything went very well. Service via the app and everything was ready so quickly. As mentioned Value is the true winner. I've attached photos to this review everything you see. £11.35. Brilliant price I enjoyed eating here and will again.

We had a late lunch here, after ordering on the app, our drinks where slammed on the table along with a 'here you go' wow.... manors of a pig! But at least the lady that brought our food was much more polite. This is also one Wetherspoons that could do with a revamp as the decor looks very tired and dated. We won't be going back to that one! 😆

It is a large and comfortable space. The stairs to the toilets and the men's toilets are not so great. But atmosphere, food and service were as good as any Wetherspoons. It's a good location, we found parking in a side road 5 minutes walk away and it's close to the museum and the shops.

Firstly after ordering food and drinks for 3 people they wouldn't accept a legal £50 note as tender even though it was received straight from a bank, so had to pay on card. The staff member behind the bar misheard the table number so food went to different table and staff didn't even think to come round and check other tables. After nearly an hour of waiting we asked where the food was and they tried blaming us for the mix up and asked if we had moved tables even though we didn't and we had been sitting at the same table nearest to the bar. Once food eventually arrived, the burger was dry and overcooked, with missing components (cheese sauce), the mixed grill had missing sausages and meat was chewy and overcooked and nobody actually came to table to see if everything was OK. The third meal was the only meal that we were happy with. Really not happy with service. Expectations of a wetherspoons was cheap but good food but this was very poor.

Don't have really a good thing to say. It's a totally British place. Went there at lunchtimeYou stand waiting at the busy bar to order and then they make mistakes at the till ,then you have to look for the condiments to take to your table which is not prepared. Toilets are upstairs so no good for wheelchair people. Would not recommend for kids too many people drinkingOtherwise very nice location, lovely layout inside and outside and prices are normal. Food was average. I was not impressed.
