A little gem of a village pub - so welcoming and friendly. A fabulously diverse menu to suit all palates, our only problem was choosing which of the many options to order! And when it arrived, we were not disappointed! We are not local but if we are passing this way again, we will definitely make sure we pop back. Thank you 😊

Went for Father's day lunch, the staff were very welcoming and showed us to our table took our drinks order. They were brought to the table very quickly and our lunch order was then takenThe Roast beef and all the trimmings was one of the best pub lunches I've had for years. All cooked perfectly and the roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding were beautiful.We will definitely return next time we are in in this area.

Nice environment, great food, staff are all very friendly and professional. The whole pub is very clean and tidy. A lovely place to spend some time having a relaxed lunch. Highly recommend this place.

We are semi-regulars at the pub and can attest to it being a really friendly atmosphere. Everyone is happy to chat and new people are always welcomed.When they are allowed to be open (sadly in lockdown now) the atmosphere is quiet with lots of conversation going on. Worth noting that if you need a tradesman for anything, someone here will know!The takeaway during lockdown means that the great value home cooked food is available for collection and local delivery. The Sunday lunch is a must, providing quite amazing value for a great lunch at a very affordable price. Try it - I guarentee you will not be disappointed.

Lovely little locals pub with super friendly staff and a decent menu. Most of our food was goodthough the mushroom and spinach filo pie wasn't great (according to the Mrs). Would recommend a beer and a meal here!
