Cross Roads Hotel in South Northamptonshire

Within our party we had a person with a food allergy, no not a fad but a real medical problem allergy - Onion & Garlic (obviously inc. onion powder etc.) - this particular allergy is not on the "main" Allergens listing.As we always do we explained the question and importance, and asked for advice from the Chef as to which dishes had Onion / Garlic family ingredients - for the first time ever in any restaurant we were told they had no list of ingredients and therefore could not advise us......

Lovely evening celebrating my partners birthday. Customer service was amazing. Food was good. Thank you to all your team for making it a memorable evening. Would definitely recommend.

Initially the first experience was that the male staff member we spoke to was rude but when our food order was produced and it was wrong the waitress who took over Suki I think it was, refunded our drinks order to compensate for the error. Food was as good as u can expect from a pub chain menu

Nice feel to the interior and staff are super friendly and polite and helpful but food is mediocre. Poor quality ingredients well cooked. A convenient stop when travelling or meeting friends but not somewhere for a celebratory meal.

Really warm greeting, stayed in the Hotel, clean and tidy, slightly dated decor, but spke to the management team and they said, it's being looked at early 2022. The Pub itself, well staff, looked really nice in Christmas Decor.

Very popular pub for food even on a Tuesday night when we visited, so definitely recommend booking. We had to wait a little while for our table, but then service was prompt and very friendly. The menu is pretty extensive, and includes lots of pub classics, all of which are cooked and presented well. The Supper Club offer on Mon-Thurs for two or three courses is great value for money.

Had our first meal there last night. Fantastic from start to finish. We were greeted by a lady with a big smile (can't remember her name but had Xmas jumper on) she was the perfect waitress start to finish. She cracked a few jokes along the way as well. We felt really at home there as was so relaxed. Food turned up I had lamb cutlets and was delicious, my partner had cod and chips which was equally superb. We'll def be back. Think we've found our new place for date night. Great job guys. 👏

The room was in need of refurbishment but clean and spacious however on a cold night last Saturday, the radiator did not work, the valve was on the floor, the shower did not work because the fitting on the tap assembly was missing and the TV did not work at all. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

This is a really nice pub (and also a hotel). There is a really good range of food on the menu, including good choices for those who prefer a plant based diet. The food is very reasonably priced too. The restaurant is nicely laid out and has a cosy feel to it.

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms very basic and in need of an update, I had read reviews beforehand so knew what to expect. The breakfasts included were great, portions and service was good. Friendly staff in reception and easy checking.
