Domino's Pizza in South Northamptonshire

The app wouldn't allow me to book delivery so I went and collected it. 8-10 minutes was suggested, I was probably closer to 15 before I got there and it still took a further 10 minutes once I was in the store. Parking is awful around here which makes collecting a real pain

Food arrived quick but we got food poisoning and were back and forth to the loo all night and next day

My last visit wasn't great. Eventually my grandson did enjoy his pizza.They didn't tell me it was 2 for 1 Tuesday every Tuesday. I had no idea.Gad I known I would have had the end pizza and given it to a family member.I asked for a cheese and ham and pineapple pizza with added sweetcorn and meatballs.When I gave the pizza to my grandson he asked wheres the ham snd pineapple?Went straight back in and said what was wrong. The guy looked at me as though I was an alien! Took a second guy to explain.They did make a replacement, it was hot, correct and enjoyed by my grandson.Just felt disappointed that the person taking the order didn't communicate the 2 for 1 and that I had to wait after placing a phone order to speed things up.

After 4 years of delivering to us, they have now refused due to another outlet opening closer (Moulton) but they wouldn't answer the phone and the Internet would only connect to our old outlet! So a change to P J's from now on...

When ordering the App said it would be 45 minutes delivery. One hour went past and we rang them. I was told sorry, very busy and a lack of drivers. Should get it within 30-40 minutes, if not ring back. We rang back after 30 minutes and said we wanted a refund. He said he would expedite the order after we said we'd lodge a complaint having to wait 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered! The order was expedited and arrived 2 hours after it was ordered but with no extra mozzarella or pineapple which we paid extra for. I will never order from them again. Disgusting 😒

Service slow, thats when somebody could be bothered to answer phone, to take our order! pizza arrived cold, garlic bread had no cheeseas ordered, and took over a hour to arrive... started using pappa johns instead...it was poor value for money!

Walked in to order, waited 10/15 minutes. Pizza was fine but the base on my pizza was on the very thin side.

Placed an order online for delivery. After 40 minutes it still hadn’t arrived. Called the store to be told it would be another hour! 1 hour 40 mins to cook and deliver pizza! They are so poorly staffed and slow plus delays have happened previously!I wouldn’t order from these!!!

Drive to town and collect and avoid this place. Used this branch for 7 years and over the last few months you would have a better experience with a £1 frozen pizza. Tonight's attempt took nearly 90 minutes and had clearly been sitting there a while as it has welded itself to the box. Would be able to suffer the odd missing topping but you guys don't do things by half; missing toppings is an expected standard now, the new question is will it look like a pizza?

So, a little confused to what this is supposed to be, did your driver drive over the box for asthenic reasons? I attempted to contact you but got transferred through to town centre who advised me you had closed and that there was nothing they could do to help, my complaint would be passed on in the morning. This is not acceptable and I have no idea how this got through quality check. I will be calling up tomorrow to complain and I’ll expect my tip to the driver back. It’s frustrating, never had any problems before with delivery times or the quality of the pizza
