McDonalds/Costa in South Northamptonshire

Usual fast food, not for me, only coffee.

I use this particular branch quite often. First, they NEVER offer me sauces, I always have to ask at which point the staff will roll their eyes and begrudgingly give some; I really don't understand this at all, I can only think there are stock targets that are rewarded with bonuses. Second, about a third of the time, I encounter a printer that is not working and there is then no receipt available; I then have to explain this, there is never an apology and not once have I seen a member of staff taking any remedial action on the ordering machines. Third, the staff demeanour is generally poor, I know it is hard graft, I did similar in my late teens at Newport Pagnell M1 services, but it comes across as indifferent and unprofessional. On the whole, the food and drinks are reasonable but not as well prepared as in most other branches.

I don’t want to give it one star. It deserves 0 stars. We just went there to ask for some cups of boiling water which we have done in the past. First of all the manager didn’t greet us. He also treated us in a very poor manner and wanted to 1. not give us boiling water and 2. He then decided we could have the boiling water as long as he charged us? SIMONE is the name of the manager on duty and the way he spoke to me and my partner was disgusting. McDonald’s this is very disappointed that you would hire a manager such as SIMONE. I will be taking this further as his body language, actions and behaviour seems like he discriminated me due to my race. Btw he was confrontational and we have been to this McDonald’s before and received lovely customer service and free boiling water. SIMONE the duty manager if you don’t want to work please don’t. People deserve kindness and respect.

No straw with my drink and one, lonely pickle on my burger. Very disappointed

Myself and my partner ordered 2 meals here. Initially I was unsatisfied with the iced drinks. Upon raising this to the front of house staff it was well received and they were more than happy to help. The 2 staff members that truly turned the experience from a potentially negative situation into a undoublty enjoyable and positive one were Jamie and Ellie. I can't reccomend enough that should anyone get anything less than what was expected, seek out these guys and they will help and surely resolve any and all issues. 2 exceptional advocates for a company where people can often let standards slip.Southbound services Northampton20:59:50Order 053

First McDonalds in 3 months. Perfectly cooked

Brilliant customer service. Less waiting time.

Fast service, got food, nice clean area. Just what you expect, couldn't ask for any more.

This chain creases me. Great taste bad food but we always go back. New Grand Big Mac basically bigger bun! Another fries box squeezing restaurant. As you can see from the pictures food well presented and cared for untouched before I ate it.

Great service and staff and in a very good place when traveling up north on the M1
