Food was perfectly good. The service was excellent and all staff were really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our visit. My first for 25 years!

Went for dinner. Food very tasty and good service. We paid for food and drinks separately which was no problem. Great choice of food and drinks. Recommended.

Amazing food and service. Really good pub food with a little extra care and thought.Devilled kidneys as a starter was excellent, so was the whitebait. Really good burgers. The kids meals are good too - my 8 year old had chicken goujons but they’re panko coated with skin on fries and a choice of beans or peas.There’s a decent sized beer garden too.We will definitely be going back.

Sat in the pretty garden in shade as warm sunny day. Homemade chips yummy, sandwiches huge size but delicious. Will definitely return.

Beautiful food at a lovely pub.Big carpark and loads of outdoor seating ,I imagine very busy in the summer.Although we were the 1st ones there for evening service, it became very busy for a Tuesday evening.Food was great , traditional pub food.Thought the starters and deserts were slightly over priced for what they were , but the mains were fair .Overall a really good evening , would recommend and definitely go again .

A beautiful and well presented village pub, with an excellent selection of beer and a menu with something for everyone.The food we had could not be faulted, I had lamb with a asparagus which was very pleasant. Not enough if yiu have a large appetite.The service was friendly and competent, but a little slow in taking orders. Once order made food comes in good time.

Really impressed with the offering. We went for a late lunch on Sunday. All the staff had either a face mask or screen. You felt the experience was good. We had a starter each and a main. The scotch egg was excellent and the devilled kidneys were superb. Highly recommended.
