Saracen's Head Hotel Restaurant in South Northamptonshire

We was in town for few hours and randomly came to the place to eat.Food was big, fresh made and tasty. We really enjoyed. Environment is good, stuff was friendly. We liked the place, thanks 😊

Really efficient and friendly service. Food was delicious and well presented. Nothing was too much trouble for the waiting staff, and they got the order exactly right including dietary preferences. Really good meal for a large party, great job.

It was on the A5, plenty of parking around back. Friendly staff, good choice of menu at reasonable prices. Our room was big, lots of lighting, huge bed, could hear bar noise till around 11.30,but its a pub. Although on a main rd, when customers left it was quiet.

Lovely atmosphere and fabulous staff. Sunday roast was delicious and topped of with a tasty sticky toffee pud, yum! Would definitely recommend this venue. Well done Saracens top marks for a top team.

Bold manager got bullied at school so takes his duties very serious. Can’t have a laugh or ONE alcoholic drink without him complaining. Should probably get a job in a library if he doesn’t like good vibes. All other staff are lovely and big up Dave great manager. Also lovely food 🙂

What a lovely Saturday night. Greeted at the door shown straight to a table. Clean welcoming room. Attentive staff , great landlord and the food was just perfect. Have had Sunday roasts here before and they are always spot on tonight was steak and goats cheese tart *my friend and I split our mains. Everything was cooked to perfection

My wife and I have just had the loveliest meal at the restaurant and are staying in one of their beautiful rooms tonight. I cannot say enough about how great it is here.The room and hotel are absolutely beautiful. Our meals were AMAZING!! Really generous portions and so incredibly tasty. My wife doesn’t normally order vegetarian meals but both a veg starter and meal caught her eye and she says they were the best meals she has had out at a restaurant in a long time!. The staff here are so incredibly friendly, attentive and welcome. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Stopped here for a meal en route to St Ives as traffic was bad. Really nicely laid out pub, nice decor and was busy but they found us a table. Food was reasonably priced and came out quite quickly. Sadly my burger had to be sent back due to being undercooked and still raw in the middle. Staff were very helpful and apologetic and arranged for a fresh one which was deducted from the bill. If you're in Towcester then worth a stop.

We recently visited for Sunday Lunch and could not fault it, meal was nice and hot and plenty of it.Our waitress Carla was really nice, friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble, also it is a really lovely environment, the tables are nicely spaced out so you can sit and chat comfortably between meals.Highly recommended whether it be just for drinks or a meal.
