The Butchers Arms in South Northamptonshire

We had my mum's birthday here and we had a great time. The staff were amazing and friendly and the food was superb. Would 100% recommend.

Nice pub seemingly run by good people, but the food on our visit here was very disappointing. We came for a Sunday roast and it was bland at best, with very little in the way of taste. For instance, the Yorkshire pudding was tough and didn’t taste of anything, while the Potatoes and Veg were too hard and not of good quality. It wasn’t overly warm either. A great shame.

Really nice pub and restaurant, kitchen service was a little slow as there were a couple of huge parties going on, but we were told about this beforehand which was a nice move. Megan and her colleagues were all very friendly and helpful and keen to accommodate our needs. Food was of a really good standard and everyone enjoyed the evening. Great pub / restaurant ambience, well worth checking out if you haven't yet been. 😎
