What a friendly pub. Went to see a band and made to feel welcome the minute we walked in. Loved the banter from the staff and locals, nothing too much trouble. Such a shame it's such a drive, would definitely visit again.

We rang up late in the day to see if they had room for a motorhome, which they did! They even squeezed us in for a late meal, food was delicious. The overall friendliness was amazing! Such lovely staff, thank you x

Such wonderfully friendly staff, Eleanor, Emily and the lovely Catherine we're just brilliant. Real wood fire which was kept stoked, great food and just a lovely atmosphere. Thank you =)

We had Sunday roast and portions were generous, tasty and very reasonably priced. Despite it being pretty full when we got there, service was impecable, offering great recommendations, extremely attentive. I would definitely go back!

Really great place to stop off for food. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, i didn't give it the full 5 stars because i felt the decorations were a bit dated. But over all attentive staff and tasty food that is a good size of portion.

On a busy sunny Sunday the food and the service were excellent. The staff were so friendly and we really enjoyed the meal.
