Excellent country pub. Great beer. Great clientele. Great hosts. Go! You won't be disappointed.

Lovely family pub, dog friendly. Food was good and beer was clean and well poured. Staff were friendly and looked after our large group well. Would go back!

Have not been here for many many years but I can happily say it has gone from strength to strength and is still a lovely village pub with a great (newish) landlord and landlady who know their stuff. Good menu with nothing flash but everything came out well presented and tasty. Definitely stays on my local radar and will be dropping back in soon for Sunday Roast. ;)

Went for Sunday roast. Very busy. Good service. Mark & Zoe working hard in the place. Roast was lovely. 5pm on a Sunday as well which is a touch around these parts as most stop or run out by 3 or 4pm!

Wonderful pub with great local beers and great food. New owners are doing a fantastic job and they’ve decorated very nicely for Christmas! Outside of that, the fires, inside and out, have been lit whenever the temperature dropped, and the atmosphere is lovely and welcoming.

This pub is under new management and the food, drink, ambience, welcome and atmosphere is fabulous. You only have to go in and see how the locals have flocked back to use this pub. The new owners Zoe, Mark and their team are so friendly and I’m not sure what people think they are proving by putting ridiculous comments about something that happened 3 years ago!

I always like to cook my own shepherds pie so when I stayed here I got up real real early went in kitchen and cooked my own shepherds up using up all the leftovers plus I made sure I added a can of baked beans that adds a real touch of extra flavour. Plus if you add a dab of marmite to the meat it gives that extra special something. Anyhow make sure you cook it at least 40 minutes at 450.

Such a delicious meal at The Crewe. Such a friendly atmosphere, and Mark and Zoe have done an amazing job in bringing it back to life. Can't wait to return very soon!

Booked a Christmas meal for a large party and staff where so accommodating and food was amazing . A real family feel pub with great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Had an excellent meal last week with a few friends. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a melt in the mouth steak and my friends really enjoyed the vegan risotto and the vegan beetroot burger! Compliments to the chef! Lovely setting too in a quiet idyllic village location.
