Lovely pub, great food and friendly staff. Really enjoyed this pub, especially when the kids disappeared into the garden to play. Will be going back to have the ‘3 meats’ Sunday dinner, brother had it and I had serious food envy 😁😋

Love this place as its half way between London and the Midlands and not far off m1 so great pleace for me and my family to meet half way. The food is great. Not the biggest choice of vegetarian and vegan but what they have is tasty. Staff friendly and situated in a quiet village in the country. Well worth and 1 hour's drive to get there.

Booked this for a family get together and it couldn't have been better. Venue boasts great food and large open space where the kids can around to their hearts content. Andy the manager was really friendly around booking and nothing was too much problem for our guests. Will definitely visit again.

Friendly and helpful staff and a lovely atmosphere. It was great to sit outside with proper seats and the food was delicious. There was plenty of choice even for me who is celiac. We will be back soon.

Great host lovely food, you need to book in advance to ensure a seat. The owner and staff were attentive and menu had a good varied choice with the roast dinners a favourite.

Amazing place, staff are so friendly and accommodating. Amy and Andy are so welcoming and friendly. My Mom used a wheelchair as has limited mobility and they were so kind to help my Mom get an easy and accessible route into the pub. The food tasted so lovely, well presented and is good quality food. Service was quick and efficient. Will definitely come here again and recommend to others. Thank you 😀

Amazing quality food, Amy the waitress was really helpful and easy to talk too. The chips are something else and honestly an awesome place I didn’t even know was this close to me. Well worth the money!!

Went with my middle daughter & eldest grandson. The meal was exceptional staff excellent as I'm disabled & use a wheel chair. When we went had that sleety snow storm so waited in car till blew over then the owner came out & guided us into the pub. We will definitely be going there again, recommend it highly .

An impromptu visit as the sun was shining. The garden is lovely - South facing so gets the sun all day.Ordered all food and drink through the app. Quick service and the food was good. I had the soft shell crab burger, which tasted nice but didn’t have a great deal of meat on it.It was very busy and there were only 2 people serving, but they kept up really well and were constantly on the move.Will be back again soon!

Quick friendly service, drinks got served on time. Great warm atmosphere, attentive staff and an all round wonderful experience.
