Great food it’s a shame they don’t deliver or I would of given 5 stars

Very disappointed food was dry no flavour order just after opening time food tasted as if it had been reheated Very Disappointed will not be using them again.

Bad customer service also food is not good& not clean

Only just started to use in the last few weeks but all meals we have had have been excellent. Looked clean and can see food being cooked from customer side of service counter.Been using them almost a year now. Never disappoint. Food had always been of the best quality Chinese food in the area. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.2015 and still the best, by far, in the area. No need to look anywhere else.2022 Still high quality. Excellent food.

Always amazingly quick service. If they are quiet-5minutes,if they are busier-10mins,absolutely stacked-20mins. My food is always ready by the time I arrive, piping hot, good quality, well packed. Staff are very efficient..scarily so! Very good at multitasking! Always head for Aroma when I want a Chinese takeout, either for just myself or for a large gathering of family or friends. They've never let me down....highly recommended

Moved away to Birmingham for university and Aroma is the only thing I genuinely miss about Wellingborough. The service is efficient and the food is amazing (their crispy shredded beef is unrivalled - I've yet to find a takeaway that makes it as flavourful as they do!). Getting a takeaway that's tasty, not overwhelming and won't leave you bloated is a rare find - true gem in the town.

In general food quality has declined during the past year. The older chefs have retired or left and that has made a big difference. An example of that difference is the salt and peppered dry ribs dish. The ribs are no longer dry as the fat content is twice as high as I'm the recent past. Hence the ribs have little taste and are not crisp and flavoursome as they were.
