I had a costa-light and it great

3 members of staff working, the 2 serving not wearing masks. A covid hot spot I won't be using again.

Had to ask for a table to be cleared as not enough staff on, service wasn't good and had to ask for my cup to be changed as there was a lovely big lipstick mark.

Went in there today 18/11/19 totally disgusting tables piled high with dirty crockery, 2 people behind counter nobody cleaning tables or washing up, ground coffee spilling out all over the machine

The coffee here is nice but I think the prices are a little high.

The Best Costa Coffee In Wellingborough The Other One Being On Market Street Next To EE. I Have Been To This Costa A Number Of Times and Nothing Has Changed Since Costa Arrived In The Swansgate. Comfy Seats Friendly Staff Relaxed Environment A Great Place To Shoppers Go By

This Costa opened 17 Jan 2017. Roomy, good service, usual Costa range and quality. Watch out for security, the Centre ban Photography . Had 2 guards demanding I delete the photo I took to add to Maps. Politely refused of course.

I've been in many costas and Starbucks and wellingborough has by far the scabbist Costa I've ever been in such a shame because I love wellingborough it deserves better Mr Costa
