Flames Kebab Pizza in Wellingborough

You’re lucky you’re getting 1 star! I don’t expect to place an order then get told it’s cancelled almost an hour later....I will not be ordering from here again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! More excuses for poor service

Rang up and was told weekends are busy and that the food is due to be cold when came and them was met with attitude when I tried to sort it.

I brought chicken kebab and chip last night and still taste it this morning, a lot of the chicken looked like it came out of a bin plus burnt, they don't like complaining, they haven't learned they lesson, read, take note and get better Flames

Friendly staff, lovely food and got complimentary dessert.

Don't not order from these clowns!!I gave one star just to review, so the food turned up salad separate from the kebabs the meat look as if it was already been cooked and taken out of the bin and grilled to death I mean I like a char to my meat but this took the mick it was dry and chewy and the chip were re-fried nearly all the food went in the bin and I went to Mcd's drive thru instead.

Had a family Kebab meal while on a break between Theatre shows last night.Quite fussy with Kebab meat but gotta say the food was very tasty and well cooked.Chips and salad were spot on.Def go back when next in Wellingborough!

If your thinking about ordering from flames my advice is DONT.. The food is of very very poor quality, Staff are very rude and have little to no customer service skills. If i could give this joke of a takeaway 0 stars i would

We've only ordered from here a couple of times so far but each time it's been delivered quickly, it's been hot, delicious and no greasiness at all.

Ordered food in advance as I needed time to get home from work. Food arrived at least 20 minutes early while I was still driving with delivery guy stating the order didn't have a time. Due to this the food was half coldIn terms of quality it was below average. Pita bread was very greasy and the meat was drowning in mayoNot the best value for money either; for £11.50 got a 'large' kebab which I would consider normal sized, where half of it was lettuce and cabbage

Very dissatisfied with the food and the customer service .We put our order in and waited over an hour and a half for our meals for them to turn up and be wrong and burnt to make it worse.My wife called them straight away to have a bloke start shouting down the phone at her telling her we made the mistake with the order and not them so I spoke to them saying they need to replace the food only for them to start talking amongst themselves thinking that I couldn't hear them moaning .so 30 mins later they resend the food out for bits to be missing so they had to come out for a 3rd time
