KFC in Wellingborough

Unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant experience visiting Kentucky fried chicken in wellingborough. The place was dirty. The toilet was so dirty and smelly I walked straight out. When collecting the order the young man that served us had the attitude of a spoilt school boy not even helping me when I asked for some salt, he just stood on his spot and pointed. Won't go there again.

Well I always thought places like KFC was ment to be fast food.But when it takes a hour to get though the drive through and there is only 4 cars in front..Sat there for 10 / 15 mins at the speak box just to order.And they say sorry for the wait its really busy.There was only a few people in the Restaurant area. But watching them though the window at the pickup point.Looked like the workers just got no go in them so slow. Never use to be that bad.And the food wasn't anywhere near as good as it used to be.Wellingborough KFC was always the best one I've been to. But looks like they have all different Staff now that needs a manager that's checking the food Quality and the speed of the staff.

I went on to KFC website and it said 10 pieces of chicken for £10. I went to drive thru and ordered 10 pieces and 2 chips. Should have been about £14 instead he wanted nearly £18. When questioned by myself he said 10 pieces for £10 is only online. How come a delivery driver can pay £10 but I have to pay more????? This was Wellingborough restaurant I think that’s disgusting to me I think they are ripping you off after all I even used my own fuel 😡😡

I had my neighbour round to tell me that she had seen our delivery rider rip open our bag and eat our chips out it.When I phoned to complain they just said that there was nothing they can do and it's all deliveroos fault. They are carrying your reputation buddy atleast pretend that you cared.

Got home as usual food missing from kids boxes and my own. How hard is it these days. Phone up no apology to be told just hold on one minute. Never coming here again. Management terrible

Just got out of this place. two young girls who do not know they are at work. didn't serve me. very rude service. the first time someone treated me like this. poor organization. lack of quality at work. I do not recommend it very much!

I just received my order and some items are missing. I phoned the store and i was told he can’t do anything about it! They send me fries which i didn’t order and told me to keep them and next time i order they will send me the right order!!!I am not surprised why so many people complained about their Service!

I have been in this place with some colleages from work. I can't recommend this place because I don't like fast food. However, if you need to order a fast take away or eat something quick then it could be an option.

Food was great but the restaurant was woefully understaffed which meant the staff that were working (with no manager in evidence) were frantically busy, stressed out and, unfortunately, very rude.I won't be going back.

Not as good as it use to be.Long ques and you don't always get your right either they miss it out or your given wrong order.Food was tough tasted over cooked.Fries are still nice.Even seen a manager yell at staff.
