M&S foodhall, which includes a popular cafe as well.Parking outside is plenty as it's on a retail park.Open late until 8pm.Easy to manoeuvre around inside.Wide Isles.A toilet at the back.Fresh bakery..Self and served checkouts.Many nice selections of luxury, including fresh, frozen and alcohol.

I regularly use this store to collect items ordered online, it's fast and conveniant..well it is usually. Today (14th May 2022) I was extrememly disappointed by the customer service I received.The young woman dealing with my request was sullen, didn't smile and hardly acknowledged me. She just kept doing something on the computer and then started ringing the bell. Perhaps it was her first day, perhaps she had received limited training. Her manner meant that I decided against going to the coffee shop as had been my plan, as I felt so irritated and unwelcome. Another customer asked for her help and received it very begrudgingly without any explanation.Marks and Spencer customer service has always been highly valued and synonomous with excellent quality, it appears it's slipped.

The normal M&S excellent service, high hygiene standards, very good products, with very good and helpful.sraff.

Close to Christmas as was busy but very rude staff on self service checkouts.Very disappointed as other food halls are lovely. Such a shame.

Friendly and amiable staff who go about their duties with much enthusiasm.The shop is always immaculately clean and shelves are always well stocked with M & S quality produce.It is a most pleasurable shopping experience.

Love the posh dogs from here, & the Lamb shish kebabs, the burgers are also good, all cook really well on a BBQ, on a buy 3 for £10 as well, which helps. The rolls are lovely as well, i got some reduced & put them in the freezer, otherwise you can get those for a decent price elsewhere.

Lovely food. Got everything I wanted. A little pricey. But you pay for quality

Too much temptation!! We went for the £20 eat-in Valentine's meal; terrific value. Easy parking, wide aisles, huge choice 😍
