Mcdonalds in Wellingborough

Easy access and ample of seating. Occasionally I bring my 2 children here for lunch if they are good when we shop ! Bribery! The staff are very friendly and always bring over colouring in paper or balloons.Food always served in good time and hot when served.

It's a treat for my children to visit McDonald's and they love it. I do think the service has gone down with all the delivery options around, not so much "fast food" on some nights and a couple of times the food has been cold (on drive through so don't have the time to go back and complain), so has obviously been made in advance.Our last visit was fine - except need more gherkins!!

As a family we love to visit Mc after going to the park as its in reach of about 2-3 quite big parks with about only a 10min drive. Another feature we absolutely love are the working kids tablets with a lot of kid friendly games distracting kids whilst the order is being prepared which doesn't take long by itself. The staff consists of mostly elderly which are very friendly and love to have a chat. The only small problem is that it gets busy very fast and its quite small with limited table spots but over all amazing would recommend to pick the kids book from the kids meals as the toys aren't really that good enjoy your dinner hope this helps.

Ordered on my app to collect instore and the system totally messed up my order.Was informed via the app to go into the restaurant.When I eventually got to the counter I needed to pay, again? The payment hadn't gone through so I went back to the car for my card.Payment sorted, order was originally takeaway and it arrived on a tray! The young assistant started to argue back at me that it is an eat in meal when a senior staff member corrected him and he promptly put the food in a bag.No apology and no polite thank you or enjoy your food. He just passed a bag.I know customer service and the young lad in question had none of it the day I visited.I do not wish to go into this store again!

The staff here simply don’t care and are incapable of doing their job. Half of my meal was missing, and what did arrive was freezing cold. The fries were soggy, unsalted and frankly disgusting and the burger with the extra pickles I paid for somehow ended up with no pickles and no cheese?

There food is always cold and they throw it together it's disgusting if anyone order from here I wouldn't ill go to the other one longer wait but better quality of food

Quick service and staff came round to offer the children balloons, flags and crowns. My 2 loved them and kept them entertained, even when we got home. Thank you

I regularly visit McDonald’s and happy with layout and seating options. I ordered via the app for table service which arrived promptly. The only issue was the promo expensive burgers were a bit sloppily created. So both me and my son had to push back the Big Tasty ingredients back into burger. Not would I’d expect for the big promotional most expensive burger.

Rude and incompetent staff. How can it take 15 minutes to make 2 happy meals. Whoever was working 3rd April lunch shift probably needs to go and do some more training. When an order of 15 happy meals comes in after, you should get the prior orders out first. Utterly useless.

Asked for big tastie with no tomatoes, was given one with, complained to staff who didn't listen to what I said and told me I should have asked for no tomatoes. Snatched the wrapped burger from my hand and within seconds handed me back the same burger minus tomatoes which she had obviously taken out the tomato herself because when I looked at it there were tomato pips left in there. Would have gone back with it but I had waited so long in the queue.
