I absolutely enjoy shopping at Dunelm!! Blinds, Curtains, rugs, bedding, lights, bathroom accessories, cushions, throws, Towels, storage boxes, Curtain poles, kitchen accessories, even a sofa. Great quality and value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It's a big store that sells housey type stuff. The better half loves it but I just want to run to the nearest bar and get wasted instead of wandering around here.

Made an online order for collection. Turned up to find that although their system said that they had stock they couldn't find it. They said Kettering had one but when I asked if they could get it sent to Wellingborough for me to collect at a later date I was told this was not possible as they don't move items between stores because things get lost all the time. They were not able to order another item to their store either for some reason. But they were able to offer me home delivery (I don't understand how if they can post it to my house they can't post it to their store.......) but they would charge me a delivery fee for this despite me wasting time and fuel driving to the store to collect.Whilst I was there there was a large line at the tills. Staff didn't seem to know how to log into the tills and I witnessed other customers having issues with online orders.Really poor service. This is why Amazon is doing so well. Won't be going back.

Dunhelm have nice cafes with friendly staff and a reasonably good choice of items to grab a quick bite to eat whilst out shopping! We enjoyed coffees, toasted sandwiches and slices of cake at the Wellingborough branch this afternoon and a few days ago we had delicious soup at the Kettering branch. Highly recommended!

Great store selling quality products at competitive prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Pay them a visit when looking for household goods.

My wife loves this shop and the cafés great with good quality food and coffee, the staff are very friendly and polite, highly recommended.

Nice place, easy to manoeuvre around. Always parking spaces outside as it's on a retail park.A toilet upstairs, and a lift is available for customer use.A small cafe upstairs too selling hot and cold food.Busiest times seem to be Saturdays...Many tills so service always seems to be fast..

Worst Dunelm branch I have ever visited. Three members of staff just stood chatting in an upstairs aisle with another staff member who was restocking cushions. Another staff member dropped a rolled up rug with nearly fell on my pregnant daughter!Out of date stock information online meant it was a complete waste of time anyway!Only redeemed by one extremely apologetic, helpful staff member! Just wish I had gotten her name.

If after bed linen or kitchen ware or gen house hold stuff it's worth a visit. I'd personally go on line first but it has a convenient coffee shop and combined with the other local stores it can make an enjoyable shopping trip out. I'd personally avoid going on a busy weekend as access can be challenging and time consuming.

Sells bedding at extraordinarily high prices, and an astonishing variety of kitchen ‘stuff’All overpriced but there are few other soft furnishing shops around so they can happily get away with it.The kitchen stuff is interesting if you enjoy avocado slicers, banana slicers and butter curlers. Essentially though it’s just “shiny” stuff to tempt people who are wandering bored. Also sells some pictures, ornaments, and some curtain stuff. Most exciting thing is the way the mezzanine floor bounces and rattles all the stuff. Just waiting for the day that a fat fat man decides to jump up and down and hear the crashing cups.Has a Coffee shop selling terrible coffee and cake. Even called is a rip off of Costa coffee called - Pausa coffee
