Starbucks in Wellingborough

Don’t normally have a problem here but the times that they do mess up makes the experience worse

Rarely busy. Food and drink taste as expected but not much effort to make the customer feel welcome

Nice set up with plenty of relaxed seating. Comfortable and easy going place.Lots of people clearly come as groups to sit and chat.Coffee and food is as expected from Starbucks and service is adequate.Still a bit hit or miss and still suffers at the weekend from tables not being cleared even if it’s quiet .

A vastly superb experience. Quick, simple and easy. I could complain about the expense, but it is what you would expect from a Starbucks.

Brilliant service, lovely and clean, and the staff have always been amazing!

a good place for drinks, nice atmosphere. however i find Independent chains have much more welcoming staff. furthermore other chains such as costa have nicer food than Starbucks.

Staff unfriendly and not very helpful, was told we cannot use multiple gift cards despite doing this many times at other Starbucks, reluctantly put them through and then acted like a told off toddler whilst making our coffees slamming around and the grunting when our order was ready. Not amused , 2 stars cause the coffee was good 😊

Not a fan of any of these coffee places. However, met a friend and we had a couple of drinks each. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Liked the interior. Free parking.

Well I've seen a high turnover of staff here - and same with the personalities. I've worked in many instances where reading the room is a part of the job. It's a nice environment when your child is asleep to get some chill time - as long as the drinks are made well. The customers come with a good vibe settled in their own world; however, the staff can soon bring you down to earth with their disdain for existing. The condescending looks of disapproval. Never thought id mention this, till I caught the muttering and giggles in what was clearly our direction, solid stares from both staff peering over the tills like dears in the headlights frozen like I caught their hands in the cookie jar. So not to be confused - they just continued to stare at us, not realising they were both doing this at the same time whilst blatantly talking about us. As I couldn't possibly question what only be seen as a clear mistake we didn't question this as we would be treated as the aggressor as when we speak it's treated like are voices are raised or we are scary and loud so i make this comment.This reminded me of the cult classic 'triffids.' I drink at many Starbucks but this one is an anomaly, a poor representation of many hard working coffee stores. however it's the closest one to visit. Pt 1/6
