Not been here before but popped in for the Sunday carvery. You choose your plate size, small, medium or large and or a kid size option. Getting served was OK as called up by your table number, and it was only a short wait. 4 meats on offer, beef, turkey, pork or gammon so a fair choice.Veg was really good with 8 choices. Obviously roast or mash potatoes, a good selection of sauces, gravy etc and don't forget the Yorkshire pudding. I enjoyed all of my food no exceptionI will definitely visit again as also good value for money. The only thing I would like to change is the conservatory setting. It needs blinds. Here we are in April on a warm day and it was to hot, I wouldn't want to eat in that section in the summer

Im sure that It's a bit more expensive than the first time I visited. Must have put their prices up. and now you only get one Yorkshire pudding so it was definitely a better meal and better value the first time I visited still a good bit of food

First time visit today. Thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday Carvery. Good selection of meat and fresh veg. Spoilt for choice on the desert section. All thoroughly enjoyed. We will return.

Shockingly cold pub, when we asked whether we could move somewhere warmer, we were told by the rudely manager that we had radiators all around us and what did we want her to do about it?She then stared aggressively and said, why are you looking at me? What do you want me to do about it?Food delays were horrendous, and we were the only customers. The same rude lady said, its all cooked fresh, you can expect to wait 20 minutes. We told her we waited over 30 minutes! She couldn't care less.As for toilets, it's a requirement of British standards that eating establishments have hot water at the sinks in the toilets. NOT HERE, in the gents, nothing at all comes out of the hot tap.Shocking, shocking, shocking. Needless to say we won't be going back!!We suggest that you avoid this place!!

Great availability managed to fit us in Sunday lunch time with just a phone call. Bar/restaurant had a really welcoming vibe. All the staff were attentive and friendly. Carvery was lovely, a massive selection of veg too compared to other places. Good value for the price paid

Nice little place just off of turner's mill lane. Always has a carvery on and if that doesn't tickle your fancy then they have a range of other tastey dishes. Presentation of the food was nicely done and the food was decent. Not too expensive but a cosey little place for the family. They even have a little play park out back, outside seating area and a nicely stocked bar and waiting area. Overall good experience and friendly staff.

Decided to head to the Miller after I haven't been back here for years (Mary Miller). The place is clean and tidy. Mood lighting so after eating you may feel a little sleepy. The staff were good and very helpful. The young lady who served me was a credit to the establishment. We wasnt pestered every 2 minutes asking if everything was okay. The wait between starters and main was enough to rest and refill your drinks but was not overly long and not that short you were still finishing the food in your mouth. The food come out as pictured. The presentation was amazing and the steak was out of this world. Fresh and cooked to perfection. The ribs were meaty and the meat just fell from the bone and for once the barbeque sauce was not overly sweet. And the portion size is a good size. I like a filling meal and a small starter and main left no room for pudding. The price is in line with what you would pay if not a little less than that of a good restaurant £50 for 2 starters mains and 2 rounds of drinks. (Drinks are on the pricy side).I would consider going back for a quite meal. Not the sort of place I would consider for a party or lively get together. But a quite meal for a couple of people is perfect and will not brake the bank.
