Lovely food, good staff, a nice view, reasonable prices..... Well worth a visit.

Lovely restaurant and excellent staff. Scone, clotted cream and jam with a delicious mocha, in calm and comfy corner what could be better for a catch up with a friend.

Very attractive environment, spotlessly clean both generally around the site and specifically the restaurant. Excellent service. Food was OK but nothing special. The turkey and cranberry pie was tasty but served just with what appeared to be leeks. The lasagne was very bland. We've ticked it off our 'to do' list but wouldn't be in a hurry to return. Sorry!

Big improvement from 2 years ago when it was mostly fish or steak. Surprise treat - liver and onions with gravy and mash. The chef cooked the liver perfectly and the gravy was plentiful and delicious

Excellent food as usual we were with a party of twelve and all the meals were perfect. Service very good too. We will be going again soon.
