Costa Coffee in West Lindsey

Waited a while to get served then when I asked for an item it was unavailable. Sat outside, tables had dirty cups, plates and serviettes on floor. The coffee shop wasn't busy, but looked like it had been earlier. The menu behind the counter, although on a moving screen it was difficult to read options before it went onto next screen. Would be good to have an actual printed menu, as my option was unavailable I had to wait for the screen to come back to drinks options. People waiting behind me and only one member of staff on servery.

Use prob once a month. As a meeting place. Always busy but upstairs seating available.

The coffee is standard some staff are friendly but others need to be a little more helpful and not make clients feel they are an inconvenience also waiting time could be improved

Cups where not clean at all first one I was given had a paper sticker on it the next had unwashed coffee stains in it

Lovely drinking coffee in the sun watching the world go bye and kids having fun in the fountain

Efficient if not over friendly staff who made our coffees just as requested. Good view when sitting upstairs over most of Marshalls Yard. No wait but it was a very quiet day. There's also another Costa outlet inside Next on the opposite side of the car park.

Nice Costa usually pretty busy, you can take it outside in nice weather. Looks not too clean 'though.

We love this Costa sited in Marshalls Yard in Gainsborough. Good coffee and service in a great location. Marshall Yard has a great shopping atmosphere and there's not an empty shop unit in site!

Took a little while to get my drink because of short staffed had to then clean my own table and a number of other people had to do the same thing would be good if they make more of a effort in cleaning the tables and be a bit faster

Absolutely brilliant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The young lad that served me was saying that it was his first shift on the till and he did really well. I've got a hidden disability and when I spoke to the staff they were really helpful. X
