KFC in West Lindsey

Disappointing… the site looks poorly maintained, took them a good minutes to answer the drive through, even though I was the only one waiting.The operators never seem to have the same menu board that the customers have in front of them, causing confusion and slow down of the process.On this occasion, had a box meal brought to my car, that had already visited several other cars, told to have a look inside to see if it was mine!Apparently they had lost the orders / receipts of what had been ordered…Refused box, which wasn’t anything like what I’d ordered….In total from ordering to the (correct) meal being delivered to me in the car park was 17 mins in total, not exactly fast food…Did I enjoy the meal, it was ok for £10 but the customer service has a lot to be desired….

The food is adequate, although that isn't the fault of the staff on site, but the service times are beyond atrocious at this place.I went through the drive-through to get three children's meals for my boys, nothing for myself, but was asked to go wait in a parking bay only to discover that every car in the car park was waiting on orders from the drive-through with no customers visible inside.I don't know if there was only a skeleton crew on that shift, but it's not the first time I have been and felt let down by the speed of service.

I had two pieces variety meal deal.

After a couple of bad experiences with this store in the past, I decided enough time had passed and decided to give them another chance. I placed an order with Uber Eats and it was delivered on time, however my drink and fries were missing (so the chicken gravy was useless with no fries to dip in it) so basically I was left with four pieces of chicken. I called the store and the chap on the phone said "nothing I can do for you Bruv, unless you come to the store Bruv" Grrrrrr Will never use this store again, there can be no management at all in place.

Had a family feast chicken so dry chips cold no salt no napkins no wipe only 2 chips in stead of 4 chips 10 peace of chicken 5 drum sticks out of 10 and they were like quail legs if you don't what it is its the smallest bird you seen a pidgin bigger all that for £17.99 ps look at the adverts on the telly see how big the chicken is my adverts lol 😆yourmomoney some we're

Terrible service! Poor customer service. Average chicken.Sat in drive through for 20 minutes, large que behind. Finally get our food with no apology for the wait. When I get food home for the family meal, we are missing part of our order. I drive back down and wait at the counter for another 20 minutes, inform the manager who rolls her eyes and barks orders to the people in the kitchen "it's happened again". The missing order is then chucked on the counter by the uninterested youth serving. This happens every time, it seems being incompetent is a must to work at this branch.

I live in Gainsborough and every time I go there's an issue , the drivethrough is pointless as your sat in the car park for ages ..... You do a collection order , it's never ready and the inform you that something you have paid for isn't available. The, food is ok , the. Premises are useless. All they are interested in is their online orders via 3rd party delivery agencies.

Fries were cold. Hot chocolate was just milk, though this was rectified. Could have been cleaner. Two toilets...lock broke on one.Chicken was great. Wish Kentucky restaurants could be kept cleaner and food hotter.

It was very quiet, but the place was spotless and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food tasted as though it was all fresh. The burgers were hot and well constructed with care. I wish all KFC could follow their standards. Thumbs up from me today!

Drive through experience is shocking. Took forever to even make the order despite it not being busy, and then had to wait ages for the food. However, its usually warm and cooked to a good KFC standard.
