McDonald's Gainsborough in West Lindsey

Queues were big and was very very busy, tables full and not very clean but staff were rushed off their feet in the sitting area, my food was sat on the tray a long time before my number was called so food was cold, staff behind the counter seemed disorganised.

Hit and miss. I have visited this store several times and sometimes the food is fresh and hot, other times unfortunately it’s cold and dry. I recently ordered the family a meal from the drive through I got home to find several items missing and cold dry food. I called the manager who was completely unhelpful and said that I would have to drive back to the store to pick up my missing items. I was offered no refund or free complimentary meal just poor attitude. I wouldn’t expect this from McDonald’s as a customer perceived business but I feel the issue is more to do with this particular store than McDonald’s overall. I have not and will not give this store a single penny of my money in the future.

Yea was good they where short staffed so was a bit slower than normal but was still nice.

Online orders taking up staff time. So no longer fast food as it take 20 mints to get a coffee

I would just like to say that this McDonalds is the cleanest one I have been in. The two mature ladies are brilliant especially the blonde one that asks if our food is ok. Excellent service. Thank you

Visited yesterday on our way to caravan and the guy that served us was unbelievably polite (not like this at our local mcdonalds) food was spot on and actually got everything we ordered including the sauces (again not something that happens at out local one)

While the value and food remains good for fast food and the staff are pleasant and helpful. However the service tends to be pretty slow compared to other McDonalds.

It's a McDonald's, what more can you say?Staff are very helpful and happy to have a conversation with you.Always clean so far but had a few orders all muddled.

Overall cleanliness of the facility was great and staff members were attentive to any customer request with a focus on great customer satisfaction. In dining experience is great and would only fault the cleaning schedule of interactive displays for the younger children, as the current control on COVID cases would need to be more careful controlled. Food quality was great and no fault. The only issue is for parking, parking is difficult in peak period and a great deal of third party delivery personnel is present and can make the whole experience feel closer than necessary.Overall, would visit again.

Fries were not the hottest, however being in traffic 26 cars deep, didn't want to queue again, which is why I was surprised fries cold. Rest of the food was OK. However I dont feel the burgers are as hot and fresh now, since the meat is pre cooked.It was a 3 star rating. However the extra star is for the ease of the app, ordering ahead, and letting them know you've arrived by a click of a button
