Milano's Pizza in West Lindsey

Great food & service, very quick to deliver 😊👍

I’ve been going to Milanos for nearly a year and the only thing I can say is that it’s too good . Everytime I have ordered I’ve never had any problems with the food/wait time or staff. The food is amazing and the staff are excellent and polite. Very effective with pickup and delivery too. If you want a kebab or pizza then this is likely the best place to go to. I reccommend!

A completely top notch pizza place that I have never not enjoyed!

I have been ordering food from milanos from past 4 years food was great but in last 3 times i order food was not very good have to put in bin all the time. Put my mood off from there now. Wish them good luck for future need to improve milanos

What a load of rubbish.say a price then delivery says different. Greasy and gross.never use them again.got too busy and quality gone down.you ring up and complain and they always have an excuse and turn it round.also price wrong.1.75 more than on website.i suggest they update their prices

Worst burger I've ever had, the burger was very tough cheese didn't look very orange as it was very greasy! The bun on one side was black and soggy looking! Very disappointed! I gave it to my dog and he wouldn't even eat it... we ordered a pizza as well and that was very greasy the meat pepperoni and ham taste of nothing like charcoal... management and customer service was great but I will not recommend! I'm feeling very unwell now after eating their food...

This used to be our fav pizza place but the last couple of times weve ordered the food hasnt been so great Ordered 2 weeks ago loads of pizza and chips as had family round was told 45 min wait after an hour and half i had to call see where it was as we had young Children who were hungry still took another 35 mins after ringing and the food was cold Again tonight we ordered Kebabs and chips again was told 40-45 min wait 75 mins later the food turned up Chips were luke warm and soggy and kebab meat tasted awful as if if it had been left in the bain marie to warm to long Not a good service from such lovely Management 😒

Ordered and paid over the phone was told 45 minutes delivery time.... 1 hour 30 minutes we Ring and ask and get told its our for delivery.... Still nothing 30 minutes later.... Ring back to be told the order is still in the book and not even been done it was forgot about but they took the money out my account will never use the place again.... Absolute shambles of a place just get lied to on the phone

I was hesitant to leave a low star review here when I had a bad order as they have been consistently good for me for many years but recently the food seems to be going really downhill. Last few orders the pitta breads have been really stale to a point where you can taste an almost mouldy taste, most recently the salad was in an appalling state. The chips were hard enough to break your teeth too. I won't be ordering from here for a good while. I really hope they sort the food out in the meantime because they have lost a very regular customer and are likely to lose many more if they don't improve.

Ordered a wrap on way home from work. When order was ready the girl behind the counter just plonked my food on top of the counter, no customer service skills what so ever, too busy talking to her colleagues, no eye contact either. Absolutely disgusted.
