Delivery is way too long. I ordered my food at 17:11 on 04 December 2021. They didn't start taking orders until 17:00 so their estimated delivery time of 18:00 should have been accurate. However, at 18:47, I am still waiting for my food. Apparently it's going to be a further 30 minutes. I have asked for my money back. I completely get that it's Saturday night and they are busy but that's not my concern, they should be fully aware that it's a busy night for orders !!

Used to be a really good Indian restaurant but now not.Ambience was lacking, service was abrupt bordering on rude. This borne out by so few eat in customers even though it was Saturday night. Food was bland, something that must be difficult to achieve when cooking Indian dishes! We won't be returning.

Very good, I would have scored 5 but one dish last week was spot on and this week was like a different dish altogether 🤷‍♂️ , still nice and wouldn't put me off, just not what I really fancied at the time.

Order takeaway for delivery took 90 minutes to turn up, arrived cold. Looked like someone had eaten the poppadoms & left a few crumbs in the bottom of the bag. Chicken tikka masala was watery with no taste. Won’t be returning

Had a takeaway that was delivered promptly and that is the only reason I have awarded a star. I ordered two different mains but they both tasted exactly the same, totally bland. The mixed kebab starter tasted of nothing and the garlic naan had no garlic. How on earth can indian food be made with no flavour and the texture of snot? Amazing!

Very disappointed, won't be using Moonlight again. We used Moonlight for the first time about a month ago, it was faultless, so we re-ordered tonight, it was dreadful. How can they get it so right, then so dreadfully wrong. Prawn on Puri were the tiniest prawns, I ever come across, the bread was uncooked and oily. The Chicken Tikka Masala came as a Lamb Tikka and totally taste of coconut. Sheek kebabs were tiny. The rice taste awful. I never took a picture, as it went in the bin. (wouldn't allow me to leave it at zero stars)

Really Disappointing. Ordered 2 Mains and a Garlic Naan to share with my Son. His Chicken Korma was fine, tender chicken chunks and enjoyable sauce. Garlic Naan was faultless, buttery garlic and soft, fluffy texture. Sadly, the Lamb Balti let the whole meal down. I got the impression it had been cobbled together and thrown out just to deal with a large number of orders, 7pm Friday evening. 2 different cuts of Lamb, neither, slow cooked for long enough, to give the meat the melt in the mouth tenderness it needed. The sauce barely resembled a Balti dish, far too Salty, far too many tomatoes. It barely resembled a curry dish, instead , tasted like a bland and salty second rate, tasteless stew. The meat was inedible and the accompanying sauce was as bad. Friends of mine, swear by this place and have used it for years. After my latest meal I won't be using the Moonlight again any time soon.

Having used this takeaway for years, tonights was very dissapointing and inedible , the chicken was dry, the pakora was dry and the butter chicken just tasted like sugar, and the mint yogurt was orange!? Not nice, unfortunately had to bin it, 😠

We decided to try this takeaway rather than our usual Bengal Dynasty as theirs had gone quite watery, and Im sorry to that the garlic rice was quite bland and so was the chicken, it wasn't just on my dish but hubbies was just bland. Although the service was good the food let them down badly.

Great food! Ordered it as a takeout rather eat in the restaurant. The children were given lollies while we waited, and we were able to order drinks while we waited also. The food was incredible, really really lovely there was just a long wait. Had we known, we would of gone home and come back to collect it.
