Went to gainsborough prezzos on Wednesday 1st june had a good evening with our two friendsThe only thing that spoilt the evening was one of the chefs having a blow out throwing metal containers on the floor and throwing pizza dough on the floor then he stormed outWe were sat right next to the pizza oven so we were not impressedVery unprofessional

Great tasting food and well presented. I had fried mozzarella starter. Chicken breast in a mushroom sauce for mains and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Over indulged but all good. In addition the house red was a good accompaniment. Staff were pleasant with efficient service. Seating inside and out. This is one of my favourites among many places we eat out at regularly. Free parking after 5pm in Marshall's Yard. Better to book in advance as on a previous occasion after a 50 mile round trip we were turned away.

Very fast service. Food was well cooked. Only given 3 stars because we were seated by the bar and halfway through our meal they put the bins out in front of the bar. Not what you want to see when you are paying to dine out. We will not be going to Prezzo again.

Excellent food but dreadful service. We waited 25 minutes to be asked if we would like a drink and then the young man serving us thought it was quite acceptable for him to go fir a "smoke break" while we sat waiting! The manager who was working very hard apologised and didn't charge us for the drink but more staff training required.uts a shane this happened as the food was good!

A long overdue return. We eat out regularly all over the country and whilst I know this is a chain it really is very good. We enjoyed the house red also.Staff & service was first class. Seating outside and in. Situated in Marshall's Yard and well worth a visit. Currently card only payments.

Worked away in Gainsborough for a week and found this place on the Tuesday night and enjoyed a lovely meal (calzoni) and a few beers and I also enjoyed fantastic service provided by Sam and June and Georgia. The service was that good I also eat there on Wednesday and Friday night and again I have nothing bad to say about the food and the service. I highly recommend this place and if I’m ever in the area I’ll go there again. Well done to all the team, but especially Sam, June and Georgia….well done and keep it up.

Went on New Years Day to celebrate my Dad’s 80th Birthday. The service was very good and the food was excellent. My Husband had the Christmas burger & fries & said it was one of the best he had tasted! The prawn cocktail was a meal in itself. Would recommend the crab and lobster ravioli with large prawns, was a little spicy 🌶 but very tasty 😋. Will definitely be making a return visit.

Good service, slightly long wait time but the restaurant was very full when I went to collect. Friendly staff and the food is quite good too. Would be nice to have some disposable cutlery for takeaway and the option of adding cheese on top.
