Superb starters, and main course. Good variety including vegetarian menu for Daughter. First class choice of beers and wines, with helpful and attentive staff. Looking forward to next visit. P.S. catered for me with walking disability.

Used to go here quite often, and never had a bad meal, but not been since new owners took over. I ordered liver and bacon. Menu said onion gravy with red wine, but it obviously had some chilli/peppers in which was far too hot for me. The other two people had salad with their meal which looked as if it had been sitting around for a couple of days, not at all fresh. The person who had the chicken said it was tough and dry. We would have complained at the table, but we were there for a birthday meal and didn’t want to spoil the day. I got the impression that it would have been a waste of time anyway. We didn’t like being called darling by the waitress all the time either….not very professional.Won’t be going again.

Excellent birthday dinner. Great menu choice at very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommended, we will be back.

We eat here alot and have never had a bad meal. Lovely food, brilliant value for money, great staff and a top landlord. Keep up the good work.
