The Crown Inn in West Lindsey

Popped into pub when I was staying at Gremthan Grange campsite. Shame food was not being served so only had drinks. Easy walk of 1.5miles, walked into the village via a back lane so we were not on main road, lovely walk. Would have visited again if food was being served. Maybe we will return again!

Excellent pub, although I was the singer lol....only just re-opened so all you lovely ounters nesd to flock to it and support it! 😁👍

Excellent food and quiet location. Great friendly helpful staff. Good beer and popular with the locals. Will definitely visit again for the Monday night quiz night.

Not open when your listing says you are. Won't waste another half hour trip to try again. Keeping online information accurate is vital. This is not the 1970s any more.

First and last visit, upon entering we were ignored when standing by the bar whilst the bar tender finished serving the previous customer and then proceeded to start unloading the glass washer without acknowledging us.Food…well the burger stated 2 x 3oz burgers, what came out was 1 6oz meatball in a bun with some dried out, inedible three ways cooked chips with something floating in the vinegar. The meatball burger was ok but not sure it was worth the £15.Pudding, Eton Mess the menu stated strawberries, meringue, Chantilly cream and Prosecco, what came out was 2 strawberries, some raspberries and winter berry mix at the bottom in some liquid. The staff seamed to be running around like headless chickens and seemed busy granted, but the menu is expensive for mediocre food.The duck was ok, the crumble was large and again was ok, overall disappointed for our first visit but wont be back in a hurry.

Been a while since we have been here, now has new owners and must say a great warm welcome, food is excellent and staff very friendly, will definitely be back

Fantastic evening in Glentham, we had an excellent meal with incredibly attentive, and precise service from Lucy and her colleagues. The steaks were perfectly cooked, and the desserts really finished the night on a high. See you again soon, thanks again!
