The Fortune City Chinese Take Away in West Lindsey

Nice Chinese food. Service a bit rushed, asked if we wanted to order drinks three times within five minutes of sitting down. Food could be served to the table cooler, doesn't need to be piping hot so you can't eat it.

Been to this restaurant tonight and the meal was fantastic me and the wife had a set meal and it was out of this world. My wife is disabled and in a wheel chair and the service we received was second to none doors were opened for us and ramps put up where required to help can’t thank them enough for this evening

Excellent customer service. We were a wedding celebration meal that was let down last minute, we turned up at last orders hungry and desperate. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the manager pulled out all the stops to save the day. Food was lovely, can’t thank you enough.

Nice food but small portions and not the biggest of menu's

The food was tasty, but the portions were very small and expensive (double the price of a regular takeaway and half the portion size). Service... a little strange. It all felt quite rushed to be honest, with a server who had little to no interest in our experience. We'd wanted to come here for quite a while and it ended up being a below average experience. I'm glad we went, but we won't be returning.

Driving home on the M6, this restaurant is easy and quick to get to. The outside doesn’t do it justice, well decorated, stylish and cosy. Food was excellent, one of the best Chinese meals I eaten in a while, recommended

Good service and lovely food, but no food warmers to keep food hot , our food was completely cold before we finished , bring back food warmers please.

Driven past here many times but this was first visit. Food and service was excellent and we chatted for ages after the meal. Very relaxed. Definitely will return.
